The controls arent that bad but the game is loaded with bugs. I looked at a dropped weapon and I got murdered because I could not get out of the popup screen no matter what button I pressed. The talk bubbles are so messed up it's funny. I think this game was dropped in the toilet before they released it. $9.99? Are you serious? Thank god it was free for me.

Humanity Asset is hard to recommend. It has a lot of glaring issues not only in the game itself but also on the technical side of things. All of the game’s issues marred my experience. If you are looking for a new 2D platformer to play, I strongly suggest looking somewhere else.

Terrible. Runs like crap on a PC that exceeds the recommended requiremends.

The gameplay is very dull. You just walk around aimlessly and shoot at enemies that pose no threat to you at all. Imagine Metroid with no weapon/suit/ability upgrades. You just walk and shoot.

There is no sound at all. The entire game is completely silent.

You know the old early 3D games, the ones on Nintendo 64 and PlayStation 1, that look horrible now? Every single one of them has better graphics than this game. I don't even know what my character is supposed to be. A human? A bird person? A robot? No clue.

The NPCs in the game do not speak English. They say English words but they are not speaking English. There are many NPCs that simply say "Common Soldier". The ones that try to put a real sentence together end up looking like something you would find in the instruction manual for a cheap chinese knock-off electronic device.
