I usually buy retro styled games (I won this game at a contest that KISS ltd made on twitter) but this game is a ♥♥♥♥ing mess because the character models look amateurish, The gameplay is laggy as hell along with other issues since it's launch & I didn't get to play this game much because of it's cringeworthy issues so overall I recommend staying away from this game if you hate the issues I mentioned. (I understand that most indie devs usually have limited resources & all but this game is unacceptable)

I was already seriously underwhelmed by the time I got out of the ship and when I went for the first level of actual gameplay.... oh boy it's total garbage guys.... definitely not worth a buy, a play or a look.

GTFO and play something better, like pretty much any other game on steam. It blows that hard.

When facing bosses, watch out, u might destroy your computer, when u run one way, the guy will run the other way. when u try to duck under cover, he will just stand there, and then u first encounter the boss, u cannot jump or shoot and can only move, this is about as bad as a game as bad bots

The story takes far too long to start making sense and as enjoyable as the gameplay is, the game isn't as fun as it should be because, for a good while, nothing makes sense.

I have to say, I'm quite disappointed with this game since I was expecting a much better gaming experience.

Graphics are not the most important thing as usual, but a poor interface settings makes an easy game harder to operate. The uncomfortable controlling and moving (+shooting) delay also bothers me a lot. Moreover, weapons system, action of enemies and main character's ability are too monotonous to provide players enjoyment.

As a simple 2D action-adventure game, Humanity Asset lacks the refinded interface, operation fluency and complexity (Lasting Appeal) compared to most of similar games I played before. This is totally not a 9.99$ game should be like.

Sorry for the negative rating, but I'd really like to see how this game could be improved in the future.
