My only regret; it seems it will never come to fruition.
This is a fun game that shows phenominal promise for an early acess peek.
The best part is its free-to-play setup is done RIGHT. I mean really, really right. It is a time and effort put in vs your own patience to unlock items early or grind and wait to get it the hard way. The special perks of paying is pay-only cosmetics. That's right, its not game-breaking weapons, or must-have items - it is looks, appearance and how you want to flavor it.
It has all the halmarks of a potentially great game in the process, and the only minor gripes against it are some pretty standard and stoic points that are emmidetly obvious. Its player base isn't massive, so the MM is dodgy. The gameplay is balanced well in the way it organizes it vs time spent, somewhat rushing matches but it kills the long waits - and even on the worst teams its easy to see how you can improve and turn the tide. The in-game mechanic even has a side-swapping portion if the game finds it really is imbalanced, giving the possibility of turning an unfair match into a fun one allowing players to swap to bring the game into a more balanced feel.
Out of it all, and to be honeest on about two hours of match gameplay - I have had just three bad matches out of a couple dozen. And I think that's pretty good.
I wish I could look forward to see how it works in the long haul, and to be honest - its a pretty solid and balanced mech game by the looks of it so far. It doesn't present or promise too much up front, and it delivers where it counts. A good game I could reccomend to anyone that could be into this kind of FPS game, especially the mech genre.
Again, the only regret is it seems it will never be completed. I would not reccomend putting money into it, but it is a good look for a good game done right.
