This game is a lot of fun.
After a few hours and a handful of games, I've come away wanting more and hoping for its future. This game is great, and has elements of many of my favorite styles of games- MOBA, Tower Defense, Real-Time Strategey, TCG... Very different genres blend together very smoothly in this game. This game hasn't been out long, but has a reasonable amount of content- Two battlefields, a variety of characters, lots of items... I really find this game to be wonderful.
I really enjoy some of the little things in this game- the art style initially was a turn-off, but once I got into the game, it really seemd to fit. The music is innocuous but enjoyable. The humor is understated but hilarious. When you buy a pack of items (They are basically Trading Card Game card packs), you actually use your mouse to rip off the paper covering each tablet. Someone put a lot of thought and love into this game.
Teamwork and strategey are important, but not completely neccessary. Different characters can easily fill multiple roles by using different items (They are equipped pre-game from your inventory), and lends the game a lot of flexibility.
That said, it does have issues. Most of the issues are what you'd expect from an early-release online multiplayer game- Disconnects, mostly. There is the occasional glitch or bug, and putting together a party can be a little difficult (Thought I understand that was literally introduced today, so I can forgive that).
This game is fun as-is, and promises to get much cooler in the future. I reccomend playing this game, whether you wait for more content and stability or dive right in.
