I need to say it now that this is much better to be played on a tablet, or the like because it just doesn't hold up to other PC games you can get.

I've played a little over an hour of this and must say I was disappointed when I first started it; the story basically falls through because it's difficult to pay attention to since it flies by so quickly. However once you get the hang of combat it is enjoyable and the music is downright awesome! You can buy an assortment of equipment at the blacksmith and the artstyle is cute and colorful. So I would reccomend it, but only just barely. Reaper is essentially the very poorman's Castle Crashers.

It's what you'd expect from a mobile port and then some - The controls are a bit clunky, but you get used to them over time. The plot isn't really there, the fighting is, at times, impossible (Screamer jumps are uninterupttable).

But the gameplay itself is so easy to pick up that I just find myself just... enjoying the experience. The ranking system gives a sense of progress, as do the constant quests.

I'd imagine that if a full-sized dev team were to take Reaper and flesh it into a full game, it would be amazing.

8/10, Slicing through everything in sight is awesome

I've tried a few times to get into this game and well...it just doesn 't grab me. It controls fine, for a game that originated in tablets, but at the same time, it doesn't feel very deep at all. It's not horrible and there are some that may in fact dig it. I just didn't connect with me at all.

Keep away...I made the mistake of buying this piece of mobile crap or whatever it is supposed to be.

It's a mix of casual rpg with a world map, dialogue etc. and rrrreeeeally subpar fighting. You are entering "arenas" and your goal each time is to kill all enemies. Wow. That's it. You can jump, bounce and attack with a few different attacks. That wouldn't be all that bad if the combat was actually ANY fun at all, but it just feels so wrong and slow motion and boring. Skill is nowhere to be found.

There are more RPG elements like shops, items and skill ups, after which you choose a "card" that gives you a permanent bonus for something...(2.4 % block chance or faster run speed for example after level 2). The idea sounds neat, but the execution makes me unfortunately want to uninstall it again after only about 30 minutes...

Boring, with a little sense of dark humour... but the control system destroys everything. Such a disappointment. 3/10

This game is nice, but has SO MANY PROBLEMS. The controls don't work 1/2 the time, when you are using a controller. These are a few bugs/glitches that just bug the hell out of me. If they fix this then I will be very happy. But for $3.00 what can I really say.

I've played this for about 2 hours, and I can say this game is fairly nice.
It's got a lovely soundtrack, coupled with nice graphics.
Though, I can say the keyboard controls make things a bit difficult (recommend controller usage)
The quests tend to get repetitive, but it all depends on what you're into.
For a PC port from mobile, things are optimized, but it had a lot of wasted opportunity.
Overall, just because I fail so much at this game (It's more fun this way) I WOULD recommend it for most anyone who is used to these kinds of (slightly repetitive) RPG games although it could have been much (MUCH) better.

This is a wonderful game, I love the artwork and just generally smashing things to bits. This is a good buy

However you may have trouble playing it with the PC keyboard controls. I gave up on that and used my PC controller.

I did make a sort of a review here if you want to check it out, Its the first part of my series called "Truncating"

Awesome game, buy millions of armor, helmets, swords, and use your powers to destroy the evil demons. Complete tons of quests, demolish thousands of different monsters and MUCH more! Save the wilderness and slay several bosses!
Much monsters.
Such mayhem.

20/10... Great.

I have played this game for awhile now and it is a fun game but repetitive as the repeat and/or do the same moves over and over. The fun aspect of this game would be the conversations and you get to choose to kill or do as they want. Also as you level up you get to choose which abilty or stat to choose from and later on you can buy those for a whooping 20k gold. You can also suit up your guy with new equipments you can buy from the shop and they rotate new items after each battle, be it randomly on the map or from a mission. As you level and progress in game, more and more new items show up. Overall this is not a bad game and I would recommend this game to a friend.

At first the controls can be a bit awkward, but once you get the feel for it, it becomes very addictive.

Reaper is a decent game, but would still recommend spending you money elsewhere. The game is a very simple game, yet is somewhat fun. Do to the fact of the hack and slash style game. You might get around 1-3 hours of game time out of it, so its not really worth the $5. Look for something on sale or an old brand name game, and it will give you around same graphics plus more game time.
