Love Update #10 - Making Life Easier

Just pushed through another minor patch. There's been an outcry about the difficulty of the Gotta Go Fast achievement, so I've increased the time from 10 minutes to 12 minutes. Also, I've dug through old archived folders and found some slightly higher quality source audio for the game, so you might notice that James' gorgeous tones are the slightest bit cleaner and sweeter.

So actual patch notes:

  • Improved Audio
  • Gotta Go Fast Achievement increased from 10 Minutes to 12 Minutes

Love Update #9, The One Where I Fix Stuff

Hey everyone, this is a really minor update, but it fixes two key things.

  • Fixed a bug where some users noticed horrific slowdown with SteamWorks enabled.
  • Fixed a bug where all grade achievements would be unlocked for failing. (Sorry)

I'd love to get feedback on this update if you can take a moment to do so.

In unrelated news, we've launched a new podcast, and we're dying to get people to check it out. Find Lone Stars on iTunes or right here.

What a great retro-style platformer. Quite a surprise...

Extremely fluid controls, solid and challenging level design. Sound and music are perfectly suited and not annoying.

For something basic, this is really about as good as it gets. Recommended to any fan of 2D platformers.

I may not love Love, but I dig it quite a bit.

Nice music and solid platforming which demands a high degree of precision in order to progress even with the alloted 100 lives. The distinctive retro aesthetics make this an easy recommendation for genre fans, especially given the low price which is absolutely worth it in this fella's opinion.

This game sucks all the love from you, and leaves you wondering how you have failed to make that single jump the last three times.

A fun and simple platformer game. It's a LOVE for me.
Nothing worth mentioning anymore cause you don't need a reason to love someone.
It's just "LOVE".
