What happens every time you find yourself facing criminality, outlaws and troublemakers?
Shout? Run? Weep? Call the police maybe?
No! You keep a low profile hoping to stay invisible to the threat.

However it's not how we do it. We loathe the scum that think they can do whatever they want and thrive to cleanse their existence.
We are straight-out fearless daredevils with profound strategic and team working mind.
Together we are the SQUAD!

‘AntiSquad’ is a spectacular action game with a rich tactical palette and a substantial arsenal of gaming opportunities.

The game takes place nowadays, in locations where an ordinary person is unlikely to have a desire to go ... but precisely where any self-respected player would like to be!

The action of the first two campaigns will unfold in the Wild West prairies of the 21st century, where drug cartels call the shots, and in East Asia secret underground bunkers, carefully hiding from the outside world execution of the villains' evil plans. And the third campaign is about protecting a ship from pirate attacks near the Horn
of Africa...

Über das Spiel

Widely known in small circles as AntiSquad, they are a military tactical response unit. These hardened military professionals, tired of bureaucracy, politics and serving the armed forces, have established a private paramilitary formation located in south United States. Being true military professionals, they periodically execute contracts for jobs that may not be considered “clean”.

The Team consists of many complex individuals with their own back story, but they do not shun mercenary applicants. Members of the team are idealists; they dwell on moral issues, as well as question blind nationalism, etc. AntiSquad strongly differ from military units. They truly are a bunch of contradictions put together - heartfelt cynics, gregarious egoists, aggressive pacifists, and phlegmatic rebels all under one banner.

The interface feels clumsy and badly adapted from a touch screen interface to mouse and keyboard.

There is no save / load, which might be OK for a mobile game but is a no-go for a PC game. You have exactly one "save slot", which is used automatically to continue where you left. But that's it.

Gameplay is frustrating. Every mistake (which is quite often a mis-click because of the bad interface) is punished harshly. The missing save / load feature makes this even worse.

Not recommendet.

Badly ported game. Having to double-click on UI elements, GUI and text in general is way too large for a desktop game.
Developer could atleast have made SOME effort in releasing the tablet version for PC, but no. The wave of crappy mobile ports on Steam needs to end.
The misspells, poor dialogue etc. I can overlook.

The gameplay itself is fine, enjoyable, but the obvious porting makes it a pain to play.

Adapt UI for a desktop PC, zoom the game out a bit, remove (or shrink) "Share" buttons. Then you might have a good game.

Mobile games have no place on anything other than a mobile device. The presentation is nice but the controls are horrible, probably because they were taken from a mobile game setup instead of adapting it properly for a non-mobile experience, the music is horrible and very repetitive and the tutorial isn't very good. This game would probably be ok if you have absolutely nothing else to play but otherwise, why waste your time playing this wen you could play the far superior X-Com Enemuy Unknown.

This is a turn based action game in which you control a team through various missions achieving various goals.

The graphics are very nice and the music (mission impossible-like-ish) and sound effects are great too.
The controls are simple and easy to understand.

The game-play is turn based action with each character having Action Points available they can use for movement or special skill and attacks.

The game uses the term contracts which contains several missions. Each contract is a story which progresses through each mission.

Before each mission you can select your 3 team members you want to take along. You have originally a choice of 5, each with unique weapon skills and special skills. During the course of the game you can hire additional members as well.

Each member has 1 unique special skill + item slots you can pre-populate before each mission.

Each Mission can be played in one of several difficulties: Easy, Normal, Hard and Hell. Each raised difficulty level gives bigger rewards along with the raised risk or death.

During a mission you navigate your team through a map using your characters action points wisely. Inspecting your enemies and their stats, skills, visibility and shooting range can help and give you an advantage when planning where you are moving your team member to and how many Action Points to leave for special or counter attacks.

After you kill an enemy you can click the dead body to reveal item drops, which can be anything from extra cash to item boxes you can open between each mission or temporary attribute perks that can be applied immediately to a team member when walking over them.

The game has tons of STEAM achievements as well as in-game challenges, such as "Use 4 Special Skills in a single Mission" or similar.

I personally find this game very entertaining and would certainly recommend it.
The price definitely is more than fair for this title.

The scripted dialogue from the characters during each mission that progress the story reads nicely and make the game feel more like a story you play through rather than just mindlessly playing each mission.

The characters have entertaining personalities and each have a unique feel when played.

Great value for money for sure.

This turn based strategy game is a lot of fun to play. Stages are fun and easy to get into. The many characters to fill your squad and level up making this game have lots of replay value. If you liked Xcom Enemy Unknown you will like this. And best of all, just look how cheap this is. People it's a steal at that price. http://youtu.be/7SdZBgt3u9I
