A couple of friends recommended this game and I brushed it off because it didn't look all that interesting. Well it was that and puzzle games tend to be more miss than hit with me. It went on sale (today actually) for 89 cents and I decided there was nothing to lose.

Right away I noticed this game suits me well. It is very relaxing and easy to jump in and out of. The puzzles, while they can be tough, are not brain burners, so you can play them after an exhausting day at work and just zone out. There's also enough to keep you busy for a while. There are 26 sets with 25 puzzles in each set, which comes out to 650 puzzles to solve. Not to mention 2 more sets of daily puzzles. I am almost at three hours in and I already solved 6 sets and today's 2 dailys. I've noticed that the further in you get, the harder they become. Still I haven't found myself getting close to frustrated at all and that is a huge plus for me.

For these reasons I recommend this game. I am going to jump back in and get back to the fun.

LYNE may be simplistic but it ticks all the right boxes. It boasts addictive gameplay, stylish design, a bunch of levels to play through and it’s cheap. Overall, the game is enjoyable so if you enjoying cracking a good puzzle, I recommend giving LYNE a go.

A simple, yet stylish way to enhance your profile

TL;DR:
An exceptional puzzle game that has the right difficulty curve, addictive gameplay and a amazing minimalist design. To put the icing on the cake it has easy achievements which can be used to spell what you'd like using the achievement showcase. You also get 3/5 card drops for playing.

Review:
LYNE has hours of relaxing content with 650 puzzles to solve and the additon of 50 daily puzzles. Not to mention that it also has a soothing, dynamic sound track which works well with the simplistic visuals. The objective of LYNE is simple; Try to connect A to B without intersecting the other lines and fulfilling the requirements to complete the level. After completing all the levels in a set, you will unlock an achievement plus another set. After a while you will also unlock different colour palettes as an added bonus for completing sets. The puzzles start to get harder as you continue through the game as the puzzles are more complex and new mechanics are introduced, however the game does get repetitve at times, despite the difficulty curve.

To sum it up, this is a great game to kill some time or to play whilst watching something. It's pretty cheap too, and you can find a 50% off coupon somewhere, but is well worth the full price in my opinion.
