    Game:

    UI:
  • Fixed Debriefing screen stamp showing "Granted" in the event that you make a truly terrible mess, instead of "Company Liquidated".

Have a great weekend!

Updated to v1.07!

Hey everyone!

Whew! We finally finished the Viscera Cleanup v1.07 update, and as such, lots of the changes have been added to Santa's Rampage.

Also: please remember that Santa's Rampage is included FREE with Viscera Cleanup Detail

Read on for the list of changes:
    Game:
  • Added a "Debriefing" screen that appears after punching-out to clearly show if you're fired or not.
  • Fixed company notice notes being listed as from "Aerospace Sanitation" instead of "Polar Sanitation".
  • Changed the way Molotovs behave; they now have to be lit before they can explode.
  • Fixed "Stuffed Dolls" not counting as Christmas items.
  • Fixed elusive item duplication bug upon returning to the office, previously caused by spamming the "Finish Work" button.
  • Improved the way punchout report forms calculate the bonus for "estimate counters".
  • Fixed Fireplace being bloodied by dirty mops.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Report Accuracy and scoring to be slightly skewed by levels that don't use all the boxes on the Punchout Incident Report paperwork.
  • Fixed the Janitor trunk sometimes duplicating and/or keeping trophies incorrectly when repeatedly punching out of the same saved game session.
  • Added a "Trophy Backup" save system that saves a time-stamped backup of your trophies everytime you punch-out to the office. In-case something goes wrong.
  • Changed mop-drip particles.
  • Fixed an issue that sometimes caused an ininite-loop crash during startup if the movies are not skipped.
  • Fixed(hopefully) an issue that sometimes caused an ininite-loop crash after loading a saved game in which lots of footprints were clustered together.

    Multiplayer:
  • Made a change that 'may' help Steam MP Connectivity(in "Cancelled Connection Attempt" cases).
  • Fixed the Janitor Trunk lid not being attached to the trunk itself on clients.
  • Fixed an annoying bug on clients that caused objects picked up for the first time to do some ugly physics snapping.

    UI:
  • Added link to Viscera Cleanup Detail Wiki on Main Menu.
  • Fixed an issue causing the Join Menu to add empty search results.
  • Added "Note Zoom Scale" setting to options menu to allow you to improve paper Note readability.
  • Decreased size of level description area on the game's map selection Menu.
  • Limited server names to 34 characters.
  • Improved the composition of the mid-game menu logos.
  • Increased the character limit on punch-out report form boxes, and changed their font.
  • Limited the number of Punchout Reports shown on the Viewing Screen in the office to 100, to prevent crashing.
  • Added "Menu Sensitivity" setting to controls menu, allowing you to increase the mouse sensitivity used while in the game's menus.
  • Added a "Footprint Limit" setting to the Game Rules menu, allowing you to limit their creation.
  • Removed obsolete "alien bodies" counter from Punchout Report forms.
  • Fixed "Global Radio" setting not taking effect at level load.

And there we have it! Hope ya'll have fun ;)

About This Game

Tragedy! Santa; the toy giving folk-hero, and purveyor of fine Christmas goods, has had enough. Endless requests from greedy children wanting more and more every year, tax increases, pressure from elf unions, bills, reindeer!

It is your duty, as an employee of Polar Sanitation Inc, to clean up the grizzly aftermath of Santa's bloody rampage. Elves, reindeer and ruined masonry from Santa's brief breakdown are all strewn across his famous workshop.

So don your cap, grab your mop, and get this place sorted out so the company can get a replacement in here ASAP, and restore Christmas for another generation!

Key Features

  • Janitorial Simulation - Step into the boots of a space-station (or in this case, North pole) sanitation technician and experience the highs and lows of the job.
  • Santa's Workshop - Explore Santa's infamous workshop and discover the story that lead up to the tragic events you're here to clean up.
  • Clean - It's your job to clean up the mess, so clean it up you shall! Use your trusty mop, gloves, dispenser machines and sniffer tool to help you get all that blood out of the floor! You can even try and punch-out if you think you've done your job.
  • Sandbox Gameplay - Don't want to clean? Just want to make more of a mess and play around with the physics? Go ahead!
  • Multiplayer - You can even enlist some friends/coworkers to come and help you clean up (or make even more mess). Split-screen co-op is available too!

You ever throw a bunch of christmas dynomite in a fireplace to blow up all your janitor friends and get blood all over the workshop you just had almost clean after Sanda snapped and killed all his elves? Good times.

There are two people out there; those who like to fool around and those who are serious. This is perfect either way. I purchased this for a little over a dollar, but even at full price, this game is easy to make worth the cash.

A funny, superbly crafted game and very easy to get swept into for hours on end. My only critisism is that once I played with my friend I found it a lot less entertaining to play on my own. Other than that I love everything about this rage game.

As someone that hates cleaning in real life, this game is very Zen to play for some reason, possibly because I'm OCD... Unless you play with friends then it can be a damn nightmare depending if you want screw around. This fun little standalone game only contains the one map, but for the low price you can't complain. You must clean the mess after a rampaging Santa and save/ruin Christmas for everyone. There is lots of little things in this game that make it funny and allow you to piece together the tragic story together on what you think happened. Lots of little notes you can pick up and read, reading the books on the shelf, as well as just looking at how the elf corpses are scattered around the map... Or blowing up yourself and your friend with the TNT found in the map.

Not really a whole lot to explain, other than look up some videos and screenshots. If it looks interesting to you then give it a try, otherwise you may not enjoy it.

Pros:
- Short little game.
- Funny humor.
- Coop
- Cheap price point.
- Easy achievements. (Only took me 5 hours to 100%)

Cons:
- Game can be a little glitchy sometimes with the physics, even more so if you play online and experience any high ping with people.
- Will always be the same map, nothing changes game to game.
- No Steam Cards.

Good buy for the price, and enjoyable to play with friends, would recommend it!

This is a very stupid game, but it's also oddly addicting. There's not a lot to it, but for $2 you really can't go wrong. Christmas Game of the Year 2013. Don't let your kids see what Santa has done.

Apart from some objects clipping through the floor and causing a nightmare for players who have worked tirelessly for hours, this game is wonderful.

It makes me contemplate why I went to University when I could have been a janitor!

I can't wait for the next release :)

Massacre in the jolliest of jollies,

It's time to clean up all the bodies,

See the blood dripping everywhere,

This game is a great way to tell your kids that Santa doesn't exist.

DAD: Hey kids, come see this game!
KIDS: What? OH MY GOD! Who could've done this to elves??
DAD: Santa.
KIDS: What? Noooo!
DAD: Yeah. But don't worry, Santa doesn't exist.
KIDS: Oh, thanks God.
