Nimble Quest is a mobile game ported to the PC.

This is basically a modified snake game, you need to avoid the walls and try your best not to let your heroes collide with the marching enemy troops. The objective is to kill a number of enemies to proceed to another stage. You grow your snake through picking up heroes. The more heroes you have the easier for you to kill the enemies, on the other hand, this also makes you more vulnerable to getting hit because the number of enemies increases after each stage.

I liked the concept of this game having a more than a dozen of heroes, each having different attack patterns. Each of them are also upgradable to help you survive the game in later stages. Decent game best played on idle breaks.

One of the best - if not the best - casual games i've played.
The concept is very simple, it's like an old Snake game.

But in this case, instead of snake sections, each part is an RPG inspired unique character, with their own upgrade option, increasing abilities and providing you to progress through the apparentely endless difficulty increase in the same bunch of scenarios.

You grind to upgarde the 16 different characters - the maximum of your party - by playing with them and collecting gems while playing to purchase them.

You cannot touch your own party - you kill them. You have to avoid different enemies on each scenario, each one with their own abilities and also avoid contact to don't get killed. You collect coins which you can use to purchase essential power-ups on hard levels or even skip scenarios, as well as hire party members for the next level.

Although the game have it's own currency, it have not something like micro payments or any indications of it. It's a pure grindy game as it is.

Funny, addictive, awesome time killer.
Or when you just wanted to recline the chair playing some funny arrow-based casual game.

Absolutely recommended, except it's not your genre.

Yes, this is a port of a mobile game but don't roll your eyes just yet. The authors tweaked this game to require less grind, got rid of microtransactions, and made this version more generous (e.g., red gems are included from the start). And the controlls are actually better on the PC for this case since you get more precision in moving your snake with a keyboard.

This game is a new twist on the old classic "Snake" but instead of a snake, you are a conga line made up of different heroes. Heroes will randomly appear, and you simply touch them to add them to your conga line. You die if you run into walls/monsters or if the health of your lead hero reaches zero. The most exciting part of this game is trying to grow you line and finding the random power-ups. You can be near death or overwhelmed and then suddenly a power-up saves the day.

If you sometimes just want a quick game to jump into, this game is perfect for a 15 minute session. Also, there is an arena mode to this game where you can join a top guild to earn more gold.

This game taught me not to turn my nose up to mobile ports. Fun is fun regardless of where the concept was first presented, especially if the controlls and price are fair. 8/10

This is a interesting take on the game of snake. Instead of adding mroe lines you add more characters that you unlock after every mission. Each one you can levle up and make more powerful. It makes the game quite interesting and you have to do a lot more thinking than with a typical snake game where you just need to eat without bashing into the walls or yourself.

It's a fun little game if you need something to keep you entertained for a while.

I'll say what everyone else has said: a modified snake game with RPG elements.

Very casual and a great way to kill time if you're waiting for your 3-minute ramen to cook.

If you're really having trouble (I really don't see why you would), just check the guides and discussions in the Community Hub.

As being GOTY for 2013/14/15, I recommend this game, calling, and knowing, it's better than most games out there.

My views on this game
-Beautiful graphics, 2440p for sure
-Great story with plenty of depth and development
-Lots of classes to choose from
-Realistic explosions, by co-creator Michael Bay
-Top of the line animations
-Monster/Character design is magnificent
-All round 69.69/10 IGN

10/10 would pay $69.69 for this amazing inspirational game plus an additional $0.69 for the great could-be DLC's

50 cents for a snake game is a bargain, as this snake game has been spiced up considerably. Some would even say it's a solid snake game
Great graphics, fun ways to upgrade both your current hero and the bonuses you find along the way and the quick gameplay makes this a fun time waster.

Thought it looked cool from the video so I gave it a shot. Ended up playing it for more time than I thought I would. Kinda has a 10000000 progression feel to it which I enjoy. Seems like it will get pretty grindy at some point but that doesn't bother me. Also it seems people are hating because it was a freemium mobile game... that also doesn't bother me as the game I've played so far justifies the price.

This was originally a mobile game, and it really shows in the grindy upgrade system. So maybe you should play this on your phone, instead of on Steam. It’s still fun despite that though. It’s basically Snake, but instead of a snake, you control a line of warriors, where each has a unique attack that they spam at enemies. It’s actually quite a fun concept, and I played it longer than I thought I would. It would have been nice if they expanded on the game a bit for the Steam version though, as it really does feel like a mobile game.
