Tiny Thief 1.2.2

Hello everyone!

we have just published an update addressing two issues:

  • On Windows, the game tried to update Adobe AIR every time you started playing.
  • Some tutorial messages failed to appear in the correct position, making it impossible to progress.

Thanks!

Tiny Thief is a greqat and sometimes challenging game for all puzzle lovers. There's nothing to not like here: from cute graphics, to nice and funny easter eggs - the game has it all. The setting differs, the puzzles sometimes get really complex + there is a ton of fun achievement to explore (if you're strong enought to not check the Achievement Guides of course).
Yes, this is a game ported to PC from mobile, and YES it's great for all the people who love puzzle games.

I really enjoyed this game. It was simple but made you think. If you feel like having a game which you don't need to pay >much< attention to but have fun with it, this is the game for you.

Heres another game that i bought for my daughter and found myself getting really attached to (GOD I MUST DO SOME MORE ADULT GAMING).
The game is what i would call a point and click game but not in the same vein as games like "the next big thing" or "runaway",no this is more a puzzle solving point and click game and its more the better for it,i mean in most point and click games you can end up carrying items for quite some time and usually they carry over into other scenes-not in this game all the items you find you usually use on the screen your on or there can sometimes be 1 or 2 other screens to use them on (except the temple level).
The graphics in game suit it and the music is ok and there is no spoken dialougue to speak of just cartoon comedy groans and noises of the like, the game plays out in the same way on all levels with you finding objects and using them to uncover the main item that will get you of that level and onto the next and also find treasures (dont need to find all to finish the level, but you do to finish it perfectly) OH and then theres the pesky little ferret who is your companion.
Now i grew to love the little fellow but OMG did he hide in some really hard to find places at times,on one level i kept missing him alltogether as i was allways looking in the wrong direction when he kept making a run for it.
I played the game on and of but found that i couldent stop playing until i had finished, and therein lies the games main and in my opinion biggest problem, once you have finished and finished the game with everything done there is really no incentive to play through again,so i would say buy it as it is a well made game and i think enjoyable for all ages, just dont expect to be playing it again after the credits roll.

This is an adapted phone/tablet game, and it shows. The game plods a little bit, and while maybe competitive in the phone game market, it doesn't have the quality to compete with other games on Steam. Only pick this up if you love the mobile version.

A beautiful point & click puzzle game, that charms with its graphic design and humor.

The lovable character and the cute story go along very good with the combination of finding the right solution how to complete every single level of the different chapters. Also additional collectibles which can be found in each level reward the careful observer.

All in one, I definetly recommend this game for the way it presents itself, the rich and witty adventure puzzling and the heart stealing charme.

Tiny Thief is a great game to share with your kid: bite-size gaming sessions, cute aesthetics, fun animations. Some puzzles are quite taunting but it's a great learning tool about action/reaction, cause/consequence and deliquency. Maybe not the last one but you will figure something out.

With a clever design, there are no text to be read allowing younger audiences to enjoy the game. Plus it has a lot of content and this is a good introduction to stealth games (there is no such things as too early). If you are an adult, you will not find enough challenges to keep you going, though.

This is a nice game to play. The time to finish a level is perfect to play one during break time or between studies. The funny storytelling way of solving the puzzles makes it playable for young and old. I played this on the pc, but because of the UI and the controls I think this is even better on a Tablet. Still, this is a great game to play.

Considering all the bad things I read about this game, lets first say that I got it on sale. Second it was very cute and interesting. I was surprised that it actually had a story and that the puzzles were somehow challenging. Nice game.

I was looking forward to this game, until upon installation realized it's a mobile-esque point-and-click, lacking all keyboard controls. Unfortunately this ruined my expectations and along with the style of gameplay I didn't feel compelled to continue.

Perhaps I'll come back to it sometime, and my opinion will change as it did look promising and I'm sure many enjoy the style of gameplay. Next time I'll be sure to read the game description more thoroughly.

Not gunna lie, when I first got this game I was pretty disappointed (although I wasn't to bothered as I had got it ridiculously cheap in a sale) it's clear that this was built for a touch screen phone/tablet so doesn't justify the full price on steam really.

However, once I actually started to properly play the game I found that it was very quirky (?) and has really nice graphics and music which makes it very easy to play. The game play itself is very repetitive, but in later levels it becomes more interesting, and in some areas rather challenging.

I would say to buy this game if you like point and click games, or just like games which have nice graphics. However I would advise to buy it is a sale, as I personally don't think that it's worth £4 (plus I'm a cheap skate...)
