This game is a "meh" not too bad but definitley not a good one.
It's great for beginners, such as me, to learn how to play MtG but does have many major flaws.

-Very good noob friendly enviroment in the tutorial
-Nice Art & Easy to Learn

-Will never appeal to a more veteran magic player.
-Has no reset button
-Doesn't tell you which colour each of the decks are when choosing your secondary (I'm left with Black, my last choice)
-Can't re-choose deck and with no reset that means you're stuck with it.
-Deck Building is not noob friendly

This game is not worth your time unless you want to learn the game. In that case you should get the game while it's on sale or just learn how to play from some other source such as a friend, the internet or a different Magic game.

I hope this helped you decide if you want to pick up the game or not! ;3

this game is good, but the expansion IS TOTAL ♥♥♥♥.
Sure you get other cards but the campaign is a total joke. You have to use a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ deck for the first run through and it is almost entirely designed to fail against the last guy. I don't see why they did this, it doesn't help you deck build or learn anything its just "play this deck and hope you get lucky". Its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and wizards of the coast should be ashamed. Don't waste your money on the expansion.

I really liked this game at first, and I had tons of fun playing it.

Once I got more into it, I noticed that it ends up making its own rules, and cheats.
The AI will also read the cards in your hand, and will always get the card it needs. Unless you have a card that can cause it to kill itself like Indulgent Tormentor, or some kind of card that can force it to cause it to lose the game.

The game will not allow you to win, except every few matches. It will take cards that GIVE +4/+4 and put it on one of your monsters, then somehow it insta-kills it. It will move monsters to defend then sacrifice them before you can do damage, causing the entire game to spazz out for 2 minutes before deciding to continue with the match, as if no cheating happened. It will take cards that are suppose to turn your card into a 1/1 blue frog for 1 turn, and somehow that card will instant kill your card. The game will just do whatever it feels like, regardless of rules.

The advice system will only help you every 1 out of 5 times, and will try to screw you over so that you end up in a situation in which you cannot win. I've played this game a bit on each of the difficulties, to try and see if it still cheats on higher difficulties, and it does.

What about the rest of the game? The rest of the game isn't even worth mentioning. Multiplayer is dead, and even if it wasn't, its been out long enough that everybody has all the good cards, or bought the card unlock packs. The deck builder is just a deck builder, with nothing special to it. The menus are terrible trying to navigate, you can tell it was made for console rather than PC. The story is bland, and the difficulty is broken. The game also CHEATS!!

Do not buy this "game." This thing does not deserve anymore money than its earned, and everybody who paid for the game should have a refund of at least half of what they paid. There are better card games out there that are free, like a currently popular one that I wont mention here. This game has no pros that are even worth mentioning, other than the fact that its magic: the gathering.

I dont usually write reviews, but this game cheats waaaay too much, and isn't worth anything more than 2 dollars. Potential buyers beware, all of the negative reviews aren't wrong.

There has never been a game that made me want to get off the computer and go play a real card game as bad as Magic 2015

I miss playing Magic the Gathering and I kind of want to back to playing it. This game is good advertising campaign for Magic the Gathering but as a game, honestly, I recommend playing actual Magic or playing Hearthstone.

Easily the worst iteration of this game I've played.
