Spacecom, our new strategy game is available on Steam

We have some good news for all the strategy games fans out there! Yesterday we've released Spacecom – a minimalistic space strategy created by Flow Combine and published by 11 bit studios.

It’s a strategic-to-the-bone, starfleet command game with both, entertaining single player and challenging multiplayer. Spacecom is a battle of strategists in which deception, smart movement, and choices to battle decide victory or defeat. No coincidence, no luck – it’s all about preparing a plan and bringing it to life.

You can learn more about the game (and buy it of course!) here: http://store.steampowered.com/app/263860/

Anomaly Korea is a standalone sequel/expansion to Anomaly: Warzone Earth that serves to expand on the universe/mechanics a little bit. It is a reverse-tower defense game (Anti-tower defense? Tower attack? Is there a good term for these?), where you control a series of up to 6 units which are moving through a hostile field of towers, attempting to take out the towers and make it to your destination. To assist in this, you have a number of abilities (heal, cloak, etc) which can give your units a bit more of an advantage. Through each mission you're graded on a number of different variables (destruction, speed, losses), allowing you to "medal" in a number of different ways.

It's a fun game, if kinda short. It's literally just more Anomaly: Warzone Earth, so if you enjoyed that, odds are you'll enjoy this. Achievements have been bugged on it and won't unlock correctly for MONTHS, but it sounds like they finally got fixed a few days ago, so there shouldn't be any problems. So yeah - good little fun, but only in the 3-4 hour range.

It's a decent followup to the first game, but doesn't really bring anything new to the table. I only recommend if you really want some more of the same.

A tower defense, wher you take over the role of the attacker.
Anomaly Korea is port of a tablet game and so are the controls. It feels a bit uncomfortable to navigate through the game.
The rest of the gameplay is well adapted for the computer, though.

It is a pretty short game with 12 campaign missions, each lasting for about ten minutes in average.
You can invest a large amount of time, trying to get the gold medals on hard, and try to beat "Art of War Trials", which are unlocked throughout the game.

In the end, fun little game to kill some time.
4 out of 10 points for this one.

Not too bad overall. Decent graphics and interesting gameplay. Reverse TD games are different than the usual. Pretty good graphics for the price point. My only complaints are that the difficulty ramped up way too quickly, by level 5 it was more difficult than it was fun and some powers seem to do nothing more than give you something new to look at on the ground for a few seconds.

Very nice tower-defense game. Good interface and easy to play. For gaming within 0,5-1 hour a day it is game that you need.

Game is good, but I'm giving this a thumbs down because the achievements don't work and it seems like the dev is blaming Steam and Steam says since it's not a Valve game, they don't have access to the code. So in other words, don't buy this if you like getting achievements.

Edit: Achievements work now. Going to thumbs up.

Anomaly Korea provides an experience similar to the first Anomaly and Anomaly 2. It's a full package, with HD graphics and the exact same gameplay as the previous ones. It's also fairly lenghty, with 12 missions, ranging from easy to moderately difficult and there are a couple of new towers to keep you occupied as well. It's still a refreshing take on the tower defense genre.

Unlike the other Anomaly games there's no commander to control this time, though. You'll only control the vehicles. It actually works better and keeps you focused on taking the correct route. Things can get pretty hectic after all and it's good to be able to see what's happening without having to worry about your commander all the time.

Korea is another solid entry in the Anomaly franchise. If you liked the previous ones you'll like this one for sure.

It's a real simple port from mobile to PC, there's a few new units and abilities, cool to go through but it's still a basic mobile game, great to have if you like the series though.

Anomaly Korea - as the other entries in Anomaly series is a reverse tower defence game, where you are attacking the enemy defence. As I said in previous Anomaly: Warzone Earth review, the idea is quite enticing, however in the end it's too repetitive. Piotr Musial does a fine work in the music department. It is also worth mentioning that Anomaly Korea is more suited to tablet computers and smartphones with touch controls.

The game has also only one video setting to adjust and it will run fullscreen. I would not recommend purchasing Anomaly Korea for your PC. However, if the game looks interesting and the idea of tower attacking entices you - you might like Anomaly: Warzone Earth on steam or Anomaly: Mobile Campaign on smartphones - and I think the game series is better suited on-the-go so Mobile Campaign would be my choice.

Overall the series has potential but I find it very average and not motivating to play. It has some good ideas but I'd say most people would find the game dull in short time. In small doses it's not that bad - however with world full of games, there are probably better ones to spend your time with.

It's a nice game from the Anomaly franchise. It's way too short though...barely over 10 levels

Anomaly Korea is just another DLC with challenges. I bet many would rather play Anomaly 2, they should make the DLC there...

This is a good game for a fan of the anomaly series because it bridges gap between anomaly and anomaly 2 and offers more of the good gameplay found in anomaly 1 and 2 but without having to control a character this time around.

Just like the rest of the Anomaly series it's a reverse Tower defense and it does a damn fine job at it. Though with this game and Mobile Camp, they're more of a 'unoffical' DLC for Warzone Earth that were released on mobile devices. Unlike Mobile Camp, Korea tries to bring in a few different units and enemies which is a nice change over Warzone Earth cut and paste. Though you're better off buying these games on a sale or buying the entire Anomaly bundle for the best value.

This game is quite fun, although the controls area clearly ported from IOS. However, as of this writing the achievemtns do not work, at all. I would recommend to thos who do not carea bout achievments.
