My favorite tower defense game of all time. It has literally everything you want in a TD.

* Strategic depth - the ability to actually make choices that matter and having to rethink if your choices didn't work.
* Increasing difficulty levels.
* Extra challenges (heroic mode, iron mode).
* Great music & sound effects.
* Addictive gameplay.
* Secrets - achievements - clickables.

The game is available (not with all the levels, and not with the element of heroes) for free as a flash game. Some people may consider this a negative (amagad paying $10 for a game I can get for free?) but I consider it a positive - the free version is easily accessible, treat it as a demo or play it whilst waiting for this version to go on sale.

Kingdom Rush on steam is 100% worth the cost for the amount of entertainment it will offer.

Charming game, Every enemy was either adorable or cute. Getting over that.. this is a really fun game. Its pretty short itself, But there's so much to do after. It unlocks more challenges, heroes and achievements! The art style is very nice and clean, makes me wish i could draw. If you like tower defense games i would definitely recommend this gem.

Tower Defence fan?

Yep, you are in Right place. The game is amazingly beautifully and has some RPG elements. You can select heros to help you in you quest, Different heros will have different special powers, Rest is usual stuff. Upgradeable tower different towers give different defence.

All in All Good game enough to consume your 10-15min break in office :P

Enjoyed this game on my mobile and even in the browser before that. The achievements are fun, but stilll the same game with the same repetitive gameplay. IMO the best flash-based tower defense. Heroes are fun to upgrade, maps are long, story is kinda there as a supplementary thing and there are clickable interactions that give you achievements or fun easter eggs for the sake of breaking the redundancy.

This is a very fun game! probably the best Tower defense i have played in a long while.

All you do in this game is place tower's and defenses and do not let a single baddie through. You get heroes along the way, also you get to upgrade your 'perks' to make the game either smoother for you or challenging.

Placing these towers and defense posts can never be more scary as each placement may either favor you or screw you, so be aware of the surroudings each map. You can go through the game again or a particular level again with all of your upgrades in tow so while it maybe consider cheating in some small aspect, honestly it will make the level less frustrating and more fun to enjoy.
