Electronic Super Joy is a hardcore platformer with an amazing soundtrack. It isn't that expensive for what you get out of it and it is still fun to play after you finish the game just to try and beat your own scores etc.
You run, jump, smash and fly your way through more than 45(!) weird and well designed platform levels with low-gravity, world rotation, giant monsters and swarming missiles. There are so many different and interesting concepts in this game and it is just a good time :P

As I was jumping my way through the game I constantly found myself headbanging to the music and just having a lot of fun. As of the story, there is not that much too it, it mostly contains of butts and bad puns. So if you were looking for a brutally difficult platformer with a "good" story, this might not be for you although I enjoyed every bit of it!
Something else to note is that this is a very over the top game with a lot of flashing lights so if that is what you're looking for then go ahead and buy it ;)

Electronic Super Joy is an overall satisfying and well done hardcore platformer filled with bad puns, awesome electronic styled music and more(see disclaimer at the start of the game).
If all of the above or some of it is to your liking then this game is for you my friend! :D

Great frenetic platform game. Difficulty increases incredibly as you beat levels. You will die tons of times but thanks to its fast rhythm you'll still enjoy it. Soundtrack makes this game awesome. If you get stuck at some point, take some rest and try again later!

A hardcore platformer with headbanging soundtrack. Steep increase in difficulty after the first few levels (damn missiles) but headbanging soundtrack. Headbanging background figures with headbanging soundtrack. Humour, butts and headbanging soundtrack.

10/10 would headbang

Electronic Super Joy lacks the mechanical depth that makes Super Meat Boy such a compelling masocore game, and you are much better off putting a few more hours into that than buying this.

In the context of the game's dead-simple run-and-jump movement, all of the challenges presented by the level design are merely dull or frustrating. Most of the gameplay consists of repeatedly outmaneuvering slow-moving packs of homing missiles that have accumulated on your trail, which is frankly a pain in the ♥♥♥. The graphical style is sometimes appealing with its clean vectors and world tilting, but that superficial element represents the game's best feature, unfortunately. There's also this weird sleezy character (erotic moans and sticky walls) and arbitrary, immature humor (my butt is gone, and now i have to kill the pope) to the whole affair that does nothing for me.

Electronic Super Joy isn't a bad game, really, but it simply isn't good enough to be worth your time in this golden age of entertainment. Don't bother.

It doesn't matter whether plataformer games are your cup of tea or not, if you love good humor and a gaming experience that will hook you up from the first moment, this should be in your library. You will probably rage a few times due to how frustrating the game can be at certain points, but you'll see yourself excited about the next time you'll play that hard level or boss again after your first rage quit.

Also, let's not forget to mention the awesome soundtrack. The creator of this game is a pure genius and you all should love him.
