I think these other reviewers have been locked away in a dungeon somewhere for the past 10 or so years, subjected only to the likes of games like Monster Party, Charlie's Angels, and Superman 64. From that perspective, I can see why one would say that this is "one of the best games I have ever played."
To start off, there is only like 17 listed servers, 2 of which have people on them (the first having 23/24, the second having 6/24). I spent the first 5 minutes of the game in a dead/spectator mode, waiting for 5 players to retrieve what appeared to be the top half of a female crash test dummy while being repeatedly killed by the 1 remaining player on the other team as they entered the room. I mean, if that wasn't annoying enough there's still the question: why in the sandy carcass are dozens of people sacrificing their lives to retrieve half of a manikin? I mean, in most "good" games I've played, you at least sort of understand why you are doing what you are doing.
Also, just about every mechanic in the game is either glitchy or laggy. Honestly, it seems to just be a poorly done reskin of HL2:DM.
Cool idea/atmosphere, badly executed.
I award the devs of this mod no points and may God have mercy upon their souls.
