About This Content

Pursue the Titan through the outskirts of Elysion One! This expansion adds even more replayability through four completely new maps! Use two new towers, including the Mind-Control Spire that takes control of enemies and lets them fight for you! Unlock new devastating weapons, such as the Drone Launcher, that launches target-seeking drones that home in on enemies and shoot lazors at them. They'll be all like "NOO NOT THE BEEES!"

Of course, there are going to be new enemies as well, such as the Heavy Pup that's far more aggressive than it's older equivalent, and the flying Bliskeblaske, which you'll just have to see for yourself.

Finally, you'll be getting seven new unlockable perks as well - for example, the Reinforcements perk has a chance to spawn Explorers with shields every time you kill an enemy!

Note: The Pursuit is included in the Sanctum 2 Season Pass and is part 3/4 in a series of DLC for Sanctum 2

I rate this 3.5/5 Pretty good.

This DLC has the most potentially frustrating boss fight of any Sanctum 2 DLC and the results/ending cenimatic is perhaps the least rewarding. But it is a part of the Sanctum 2 story and is an integral part of Sanctum 2. If you like the main Sanctum 2 game you should get this and all the other Sanctum 2 DLCs too despite their generally high difficulty. This DLC, like the others, adds a lot of nice content which is of such high quality that it blends in perfectly with all the original Sanctum 2 features, equipment, maps and enemies.

i still wet my pants sometimes when im playing this dlc.

The maps themselves are some of the most open maps in the game, which leads to overall player freedom when it comes to making your maze and choosing the way you want to engage each map overall.
The weapons include a decent grenade launcher which can also fire in clusters and the infamous drone launcher, which is still one of the most overpowered weapons in the game.

Two towers are included in this dlc, one of them relies heavily on building your maze in specific shapes to make it useful (it increases the damage of the tower next to it if they are close to each other and of the same kind) otherwise its close to beeing the second worst tower in the game (right after the violator, which also requires specific base placing to make it useful), besides that comes a great addition to nearly every scenario, the mind controle tower, as the name already says the tower controles enemies and lets them fight each other for a short period of time, this is great for keeping them in place while other towers finnish them off, however the mind controle tower is very expensive.

(Sanctum 2 - The Pursuit)

The third of the Sanctum 2 DLCs, this one adds the Mind Control Spire and Friendship Laser, both of which are almost game-changingly good, or at least were when I played. I think they've nerfed the Mind Control Spire since then. ^^;

It also keeps up with the good maps and interesting new enemies, much like the Brightholme DLC.
