The next game in the series of Earth Defense Force comes to PC with Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon. Developed by Vicious Cycle Software and published by D3 publisher. Earth Defense Force brings the insane action of nonstop bugs to PC with more coop, more guns, and more bugs. EDF:IA takes place in New Detroit against an alien invasion. You play a role as Lightning Alpha in the squad Strike Force lightning along with two teammates (Which can be AI, Other players, or no one) sent to help the EDF Fighting Forces. The game comes with over 300 Weapons, 4 classes with their own abilities, and a rather short campaign this time around compared to EDF 2017. There is a Campaign mode, Campaign Redux which is the campaign with different enemies, and Survival mode where 6 people must survive as long as they can. The biggest let down is Survival mode since there are no classes and barely any weapons to choose from but the campaign is good enough to keep replaying with friends to level up your classes and find new weapons. Mindless carnage with a small price tag can net you a lot of hours if you play with friends. I recommend this.
