This is a good game which suffers from being a weak port.

Before I talk about what I liked about this game, here are some issues I had with it...

- The game crashes for me on every other exit.
- The loading screens are annoyingly long. This was especially annoying while trying to 100% the challenge missions.
- Not enough graphic options.
- The game seems to use more resources when running on window mode. I had no framerate issues while running the game on fullscreen.
- Cutscenes. Too many damned cutscenes! The original cutscenes animated for the game were good but a good chunk of it is reused from the anime. It actually feels like the cutscenes were longer than the campaign itself.

Despite all that, the game left a good impression on me.

- The battle system is simple and easy to learn. The set of battle tips found in the start menu did a good job of explaining various mechanics. I think that a proper tutorial such as a practice fight would have been a lot better though.
- The game cutscenes (not the reused anime cutscenes) were done really well.
- The challenge missions were a good challenge. Some of them ranged from really easy to moderately hard.
- Large cast of playable characters. I wish it were larger though.
- Flashy moves!

The game was decent. It has problems that are common among ports but the production quality redeems it to a certain extent.

7/10

After I built my computer I was really excited for this, along with a few other games that came out on PC. Love it, and love the newer one as well. Despite it being a little different... But they are both fun games.

If you want to play part of the story, easily go for this one! Not a bad deal when it's on sale.
If you just want loads of characters, some of the older fields, and some other new variety. Go for Revolution!
Or just get the package deal on sale, and have fun!

This has got to be one of my favourite games of all time, it is really fun and is definitely worth the money I spent to get this game. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes fighter games and loves the anime Naruto. I would rate this game a 10/10 because i love Naruto and this is the best game in the Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm series in my opinion.

A really nice fighting game, with extended content as for story mode and character cast. The story centers on the anime right after the battle with Pain, voices are available in both japanese and english, directly from the tv series. All cinemas are in real time, not pre-rendered crap, and you can even compare both the episodes with the cutscenes from the game, which look fairly identical.

The fighting style it's pretty much a 3D "smash brothers" like gameplay, you have fairly simple way of performing special attacks, a block button and you can move freely over the arena with smooth animations and details for each character, very fast paced fights and anybody can play it without problem.

Overall, it's a nice game, specially for Naruto fans.

Nice game... You can see I am Naruto fan, so this game is for me... Many characters to play, nice long story, but last battle, Naruto VS Tailed Beasts is hard es hell. And Sasuke and Itachi vs Kabuto is hard too... If you like anime, Naruto and you like fighting 1 vs 1, this game is for you :)

First of all, this game is awesome.
Everything is good, the only thing i hate that there are too many cutscenes and they are in slow motion! :(
Other than that i hate it when people spam me with their ninjutsu and steal my battle points :(

I am personally not a fighting game fan, so this is more of for the casual gamer.
I have so much fun with Naruto titles, it's just a mixture of the lore, I am a fan of Naruto, and the cool gameplay mechanics that make this game amazing. I have not played the campaign other than the first level (avoiding spoilers since I'm still on Part I of the series) but it is a lot of fun. The boss battles have cool elements that make you feel like you're not just smashing away on the B button within a certain window. Cinematic fighting scenes in the battle keep the battles fresh and exciting.

Since I don't know much terminology for a fighting game, I'll just end it here. I rate this game a 9/10 and would definitely recommend to any fans of the Naruto series.

Been playing this game for a while and haven't even been bothered playing the story mode as much, mainly because I owned it on the PS3 (not Full Burst though, just the original one). Since I owned it on the PS3 I just been playing Versus on there and instead of bothering doing the extra boss fight on the PC version.

But once I got rid of my PS3 version one, I started playing on the PC version..

You're playing as Naruto (duh..), as you play through NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM 3 Full Burst story mode, you'll come across epic boss fights with quick time event which makes it even better. As well with the music placed within the background during the fight.

NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM 3 Full Burst, story mode has many cut scenes and barely any fights. Like you could walk between 1-2 area and then a cut scene will activate if you're still doing the story mode and have not beaten it yet. But it'll be worth it because you'll get to know more about Naruto Shippuden (If you have not seen the anime on where the game is base off.)

As well, get ready to get to have urges to cry! Naruto Shippuden story mode has quite of bits of moment that gets you to have urges to cry. Including the extra final boss fight, where Sasuke and Itachi face of against Sage Kabuto who claims to be a god. But he is kinda of unbeatable so during the match is basically just stalling Kabuto for Itachi could just cast a visual jutsu which keeps on looping the battle in Kabuto's eyes over and over endlessly.

Overall about the story, everything else in NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM 3 Full Burst is amazing, the Art, Combat and Story Mode.

tl;dr I give this game a 6/10. If you are a huge fan of naruto be sure to pick it up, but if you're not you might want to buy something else instead.

First let's talk about the story and animation of the game. I really enjoyed the animation sequences and story mode, because it was like watching the anime but in cell-shaded 3D graphics. I have never watched the episodes that this game was based off of, and it made it that much more enjoyable because it caught me up to speed. That being said, the plot was a little too predictable for me and boring at times.

The gameplay of this game is OK. It feels kind of like a generic action game, but it has a chakra system and combo system which adds some depth. The kunai throwing does not seem to have any use. The time it takes to throw the kunai is time you could be using to close the gap on the opponent, and the damage the kunai does is so little that it's not even worth it. There are some issues with the combo system though, mainly that there is always going to be one combo that does the most damage and is usable in every situation. To avoid this they should have made multiple top-damage combos that are each used in different situations.

The UI and title screen could use some work, and I also had some issues getting the game to run at a proper frame rate. It had nothing to do with my hardware, but with the default settings that the game had. I would say that even though the game is good, the port of the game was very sloppy.

I give this game a 6/10. It is an above average game, but does not score higher than a 6 because of its bland combo system and port issues.
