I-Fluid hardware issues

June 23rd, 2014

Hello everyone,
I-Fluid has been developed 7 years ago now. We used an external middleware that doesn’t exist anymore (and we can't have access to the source code). So unfortunately it’s impossible for us to make an update for this game, even if we want to! :(
The game is working on most of the PCs, however you may have some issues running the game on recent Windows versions or recent hardware configurations. It may be an issue due to DirectX version, or PhysX driver version, or nVidia or ATI driver versions. Unfortunately we can’t fix these issues. You have to try other drivers, or you can find the free demo on different websites and try it before to be sure that I-Fluid is working on your configuration.
We apologize for these issues that we can’t handle.

Quite a unique game. It's got some interesting puzzles that lack a bit of polish. But the overall structure of the good and it's enjoyable for a few hours.

I saw this on sale a long time back and picked it up just because it looked different. Probably one of my better purchases. This game is super interesting, and great to kick back and relax to. The physics in the game are super awesome and I have to say this is one of the most creative games I've had the chance to play. I'd reccomend this to anyone looking for a unique experience when burnt out on whatever the current AAA title is.

Good indie game, very relaxing and looks really nice while managing to be fun and sometimes a bit challenging.

i7 and GTX 770 - game crashes. My setup is a rather common one. I tried launching the game on every reinstall I made.
Only thing I get is a black screen and the game crashes.

Officially announced: The devs can't update the game to run on newer platforms anymore.
I do not want to call the devs idiots since the game itself is superb, but they really should RELEASE THE GAME FOR FREE.
(My "non-steam" version of the game works for whatever reason...)
Do not buy until you know if it works.

Don't expect a water based puzzle game. I did. You're better off comparing it to Super Monkey Ball. You're a drop of water who has to race to the finishline. Doesn't sound all that exciting, right ? Well... it isn't. There's one thing that sets it somewhat apart though. Since things like paper and bread absord water, you have to be careful not to hit those. That's about the only thing that's different really.
If you can get it for €5 or less, it might be worth it.
