NEW: Guild Housing

Guilds in Ragnarok Online 2 can enter a lotto to own a Guild House.

To apply for Guild Housing, visit the Guild House Manager NPC in Prontera or Morroc.
In the Lottery List, enter the lotto by selecting the house you want, the number of tickets you wish to buy and select apply. You can continually buy lotto tickets until the winning guild is announced.

Winners are selected on the 1st and 15th of each month. Winning guilds will retain the house for 28 days.
You can check the status of the lotto by selecting ‘Current State’ from the Guild House Manager NPC’s Menu. This will show a list of other guilds in the lotto, your number of tickets, and current Guild House holders.

A guild can only hold one Guild House at a time. The winning guild will earn a percentage of the lotto ticket revenue pool.
Members of the winning guild will be able to warp to the guild house by using a ‘Warp’ button available in their guild menu.

The Guild House has various NPCs inside to help you:

-Guild Dungeon Manager
-Master Level
-Guild Manager
-Robe Merchant
-Merchant Master
-Storage Service
-Potion Merchant
-Repair expert

An NPC in the Guild House will allow members to warp to the Greedy Mine Dungeon. Vault and Guild house holders will be able to access this special dungeon area with level 80+ monsters.

PvP is open in the Greedy Mine, and players will be able to earn or loose Blood Points while on this map. Bosses in the Greedy Mine drop items such as Seed Runes and Honing Oil.

Honing Oil is a new item that will give you a 10% higher range when honing.

The GM promised us capes for an guild event - never delievered,
not only that - they actually handed out free Egg DNA pieces to their friends,
there was a lot of proof on the forum,
many ppl quit,
too many bug,
not balanced,
P2W

Would not recommend
RO1 rating 9,5/10
RO2 rating 6/10

P.S - Look at my god damn HR recorded and you will know how much time i spent on this game, never spent a cent - always trying my best - but this game has too many god damn flaws.

I'm probably - no, definitely - biased when it comes to my feelings on this game. I had been waiting for it's release for years since I was an avid fan of the original. RO II isn't terrible but it isn't RO and does not really give me the happy feelings of nostalgia I was hoping for. The original release of this game back on the original engine they had, looked and felt much more like RO than this version. So, basically, if you want a cute (and free) MMORPG to play give it a shot but don't bother if you're coming for the RO nostalgia feels. Also, I couldn't play it via Steam because I had done the early registration via the website.

Don't play RO2 with RO1 in mind, you'll be disappointed. Even though there are some nostalgic features from the original one, RO2 is a common MMORPG, it is another generic MMO, with boring quests and stuff. Play it if you'd like to play a regular MMO with cute creatures in it.

*The animation clips are cool, I'd support the animation series
*Let's hope Tree of Savior is good :]

I like the long play aspect of the game and the variety of character types, weapons and armor choices, job system, and the frequent server events. The storyline is okay it has its bumps and annoyances but its better than most. I like to explore and enjoy a game environment and you can do that if that is your thing up until Master Level and then it gets a bit difficult and monotonus unless you can find a really good guild. If you are a hard core gamer and love to kill things over and over you may tire of this game after achieveing all there is to do at master level. You can cash in this game but I have had fun without doing that.

This game is VERY fun in the begining. It gives you a feel that not many other free Games of its genre give.. sadly they could not keep up the pace the story turns very bland bery fast the game is quite linear for an open world game and even if its free It is not worth downloading

i give this one a big thumbs up. Its an amazing game. Even though the graphics could improve and the character creation is limited this game gives off an amazing gameplay. The combat system the class system and even the job system are simply just amazing. now to those of you who gave a bad review im agreeing with you on that there are bugs in the game that the developers would get to soon enough. But im dissagreeing with you on the restt like the gameplay and so forth.

you can look down and read the top 5 or 6 bad reviews on this game, from people who have played the old game or just don't like having to grind or certain quests, but I would recommend this game to anyone who loves cute/good looking graphics and a game to relax with at night. It's not WoW or Guild wars but it kept me happy while playing it and it should do the same for you the game is nice to look at and quirky and if killing small cute creatures ain't fun to you then i don't know what is.

I recemmend Ragonarok Online 2 for those that are looking to not be stuck in how the 'Predecessor' was. Let's get a few things out the way, YES it can be grindy. ALL MMO's are, if you're playing one that doesn't make you work for it then you're just playing Trick or Treat.

As a few review stated, It is a good starting MMO. But it isn't bad for veteran MMO players who wish to research and test different systems and even more so for those that don't mind hunting for to make themselves better in the end. The card system is still around with a better revamp in my opinion. And instead of the need to drop it in equipment you just attune it to yourself.
