About This Software

DisplayFusion will make your multi-monitor life much easier. With powerful features like Multi-Monitor Taskbars, TitleBar Buttons and fully customizable Functions, DisplayFusion will make managing your multiple monitors painless. These features even work when AMD Eyefinity or nVidia Surround are enabled on your system!

Lifetime License
This DisplayFusion license is a lifetime license, you won’t pay anything for any future updates or new major versions. Pay once, and enjoy DisplayFusion forever!

4-Pack
A single DisplayFusion Pro on Steam license can be used on multiple computers, as long as you are the primary user of those computers, and can run Steam on them. The 4-pack is available for people who would like to gift the other 3 copies to friends, and it works out to be 25% cheaper per-license.

Trial License
A 30-day trial of DisplayFusion Pro is available on the download page of our official website: http://www.displayfusion.com/Download/. Just download and run the installer, and choose the trial option when prompted. When you purchase the Steam version of DisplayFusion Pro, it will automatically replace the existing DisplayFusion Pro trial the first time you launch it from within Steam.

Key Features

Monitor Splitting (works with Surround and Eyefinity!)
Split your monitors into multiple virtual monitors so that you can have separate Taskbars, Wallpapers, Trigger rules, Functions, and Screen Savers for each split. Applications will maximize to the size of each split, and Functions like "Move to Next Monitor" will treat each split as a separate monitor. Compensate for ATI and nVidia Bezel Compensation in DisplayFusion to prevent your windows from disappearing behind your bezels.

Monitor Configuration and Profiles
Use DisplayFusion to set your Monitor Configuration. Configure the resolution, colour depth, refresh rate and orientation. You can even save your configurations as Monitor Profiles that you can load later using a key combination or TitleBar Button. Link a Wallpaper Profile with your Monitor Profile to load your desktop wallpaper automatically based on the monitors you have connected.

Multi-Monitor Wallpaper
Customize your desktop with Multi-Monitor Wallpapers from WallpaperFusion, Flickr, InterfaceLIFT, Vladstudio and more. Tile, stretch, scale, crop, position and tint your images exactly how you want.

Multi-Monitor Taskbar
Keep your windows easily organized by adding a taskbar to each of your monitors. The taskbar on each monitor can be configured to show all windows, or only the windows that are located on that monitor. Use button grouping, auto-hide, window previews, shortcuts (pinned applications) and much more to help you work more easily with your application windows. Each taskbar can have its own custom set of shortcuts. Taskbar elements on the DisplayFusion Taskbars can also be customized to your liking, including the position of the Start button, Taskbar buttons, and clock/system tray.

Customizable Functions and TitleBar Buttons
DisplayFusion comes bundled with over 30 pre-configured Functions, or you can create your own powerful custom Functions. Create Functions to load Wallpaper or Monitor Profiles, move windows around, change window opacity, toggle DisplayFusion features and much more. Any Function, including custom Functions that you've created, can be assigned to a TitleBar Button for easier access with the mouse, or to a keyboard shortcut for keyboard power users. Functions can also be assigned to the Jump List menus on the DisplayFusion Multi-Monitor Taskbars, allowing them to be run even on applications that are minimized.

Scripted Functions
Need more options? Use DisplayFusion's Scripted Functions (Macros) to script anything you can imagine. Use C# or VB.net inside DisplayFusion to create your own custom scripts. From simple window movement scripts to anything more complex.

Triggers
The Triggers feature allows you to listen for events, like window creation, window focus, desktop unlock, system idle and more. Then you can run preset commands or custom scripts to manipulate that window, or anything else you can imagine.

Remote Control
Remotely control DisplayFusion from your phone or tablet! Change your wallpaper, move windows around, enable/disable monitors and hundreds of other abilities, all from your phone or tablet. Includes support for scripted functions, new in DisplayFusion 7. You can script a complete set of actions, save it as a scripted function and run it from your phone or tablet with one-click. It’s easy to setup and even easier to use!

I use this for many many years. For multi monitor setups there is probably nothing better.
Its now so mighty, that it can be pretty overwhelming at first. If that counts as a contra, its my only one. But you cant blame a tool like this for giving you more options.
The prize while absolutely adequat, is for a tool nonetheless pretty high. Especially if only some features are used. There is a free version, so you may check it out, maybe its enough for you.

My most used features are switching monitor profiles with shortkeys. 1 monitor, 2 monitors, 1 monitor+projector... A checkbox in the options to disable the confirmation dialog. Very fast. Incredibly useful.
Monitor profiles saved and set with resolutions, color depths. and refresh rates.
Customizable Taskbar for the second screen.
Limiting the mouse pointer to one screen with adjustable distance to the edge (set it 2or 3 px).
Completely customizable Shortkeys for countless functions. F.e. to move windows from one screen to the other, in different ways (maximised, proportional....). If you really activeley use both screens, thats a life saver.

It runs very stable. No Problems, even under Windows 10.

Holy ♥♥♥♥, this software is amazing! I can literally program any set of scaling dimensions/positioning coordinates I want. I can't wait to dig into this exposure of the windows API and see what else is possible. I was on the ropes about buying this before, but I am sure glad I did. Anyone that uses multiple monitors with varying resolutions might want to look at this application - it's very well thought-out. One of the best features is that I no longer have an "invisible wall" when moving my mouse between my 4k monitor and my 1080p monitor.

Fantastic for setting up dual-monitor wallpapers. The toolbar does a much better job than the default Win10 multi-monitor toolbar at keeping my apps organized, while still blending in perfectly with the UI. Have been using since Windows 7, but Steam is weird about keeping track of how much time I've used this app.

It's great piece of software that helps me everyday. You can set up every little thing on your desktop (e.g. icons, backgrounds, taskbar, monitor profiles and much more). I think it's must-have software for everyone who uses two or more monitors.

In conclusion, I'm giving one BIG THUMB UP to developers from Binary Fortress Software. :)

I'm mainly using DF for setting wallpapers and switching between Monitor-Setups with Shortcuts (Main & Secondary Displays // Only TV // Only vertically aligned TV for Manga etc...) and it's great. This software is capable of much more and chances are if you need some functionality DF already has it implemented. Superb Software for Multi-Monitor setups. Highly recommended.

Prevent Window Deactivation (Keep game windows focused)

This program allows you to hotkey unlock the mouse cursor, task on other screens without alt tabbing you out of a game.
Has lots of features, but this is all I wanted.

Solid purchase for the sale price.

10/10

Really sweet application for those having multi display monitors.

Also, works even better with Windows 8 since that OS has multi monitor support already. DF also recognize any third party software like Classic Shell, Start 8, etc, installed so it won't "run over it".

I do recommend to give the TRIAL a try and see for yourself if this software is for you. In my case, really loving it!

PS. This is NOT for gaming!!! It is for multitasking with many display monitors or TV!

If you do seek multimonitors for gaming, you'll have to seek either AMD Eyefinity Technology or 3D Vision Surround Technology... and you better have an OBESE WALLET!

This is one of my favourite and personal must-haves within software. It's one of the most useful pieces of software for general desktop use, and definitely one of the very best applications on Steam.

What does DisplayFusion do, you ask? It gives you the ability to put an individual Windows Taskbar on any monitor you'd like, aswell as let you have different wallpapers for your different monitors with relative ease.

It lets you pin individual programs to whichever taskbar you'd like. I've got Steam, Firefox, Chrome & Pathfinder on my main, and GeForce Experience, MusicBee, Mumble, Nexus Mod Manager and Nvidia Control Panel on my secondary. Customising and optimising your workspace is as easy as can be with this neat lil' program.

You can also create profiles for wallpapers and the like, and have your main monitor change wallpaper every 5 minutes and 13 seconds, whilst your secondary changes every 13 minutes and 37 seconds, it really doesn't matter what you want from this software - It's up to the task.

Ofcourse the wallpaper settings let you pick whichever folder or website you'd like to pull the changing wallpapers from. DeviantArt page? No problem. A wallpaper site? No problem. Your Portal-wallpaper folder on one, and your Half-Life wallpaper folder on the other? No problem at all. Scaling the wallpaper? No problem at all! Do you want to re-align it horizontally and vertically? Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Customising your taskbars and desktop environments has never been this smooth, easy & fast - Sounds like PR jargon, doesn't it?, but it's the truth. I rarely recommend any sort of paid-application, however this is one that I can't help but recommend. The Steam-Pro version is the best there is, and it's incredibly cheap for what you get. This is one of just three programs I've EVER paid for, and damn if it wasn't worth every penny.

First off yeah, this is an obvious 1st world problem, but just keep reading...

My setup consists of 3 monitors, my main 1080p 144hz gaming monitor, a 1440x900p 60hz side monitor(for chat and temps monitoring etc) and a 32" 1080p 60hz hdtv for videos, sims and console grade gaming(games which are locked @ 30/60fps and/or play better with a controller), so I don't always have my 3rd display on. The issue is, due to microsoft's incompetence each time I turn on the hdtv, all the icons, opened windows, taskbar(even if its locked!) get randomly shuffled around between each monitor. This has been the bane of my existence as a multi-monitor user for a few years, but now with this app this annoying issue is solved. However this isn't the only thing this app does, it comes packed with many other very useful features, such as being able to change your audio output and your primary display device with just a few clicks on the taskbar icon, a task bar for each monitor, remote desktop service through phone or tablet and much, much more.

Quality of life improvement /10

Great software! A must have if you have more than 1 monitor. They constantly update it to the point where its more worth it to buy it than anything. Also it works on Windows 10 flawlessly.
