You are Karl Fairburne – the sniper who shaped world history. You are one of the last living souls in Germany. You must team up or die.
American, German, Russian – previous military allegiances no longer matter. Now it's just the living versus the dead.
Only a Sniper Elite with nerves of steel and a steady aim stands a chance against Hitler’s Nazi Zombie Army!

If you came here for an engaging storyline, as some of the reviewers apparently did, please re-read the title of the game. There are no plot twists, or emotional dialogues to be found here. Instead, this game delivers exactly what it promises, an army of Nazi zombies. What could be more satisfying than this? Who better to vent your daily frustrations on? These are not your unfortunate neighbors, family or friends who have been transformed into the walking dead ... no ... they are undead Nazis.

This game is about blowing the crap out of undead Nazis ... period. Not only that, it also allows you to experience the crap-blowing up close and in slow motion, following your speeding projectile as it snaps bones, punctures organs and otherwise eviscerates the unending legion of menacing corpses.

If you enjoy the idea of purging the world of demonic Nazi zombies, then this is the game for you!

A spin-off of Sniper Elite V2, and actually done really well.
Best to play with friends, since the game is extremely hard!

There are some things that this game has going for it, such as a decent weapon selection, decent graphics, and the very satisfying X-ray kill cam. But there is one very, very, VERY big problem with Nazi Zombie Army: this has to be one of the most repetitive games I've ever played. The entire game, beginning to end, consists of the same objective over and over again:

Kill some zombies, move to a new area, kill some zombies, move to a new area, kill some zombies, move to a new area, kill some zombies, then get to the safe room. Repeat.

That's it. That's the entire game. Even the handful of boss battles in the game are all identical. Nazi Zombie Army suffers from a severe lack of variation, to the point where I felt like quitting several times, simply because of the mind-numbing sameness of all the missions. The game will sometimes try to make things more interesting by requiring you to fetch various objects in order to progress through the game, but this quickly starts to feel like a chore.

Nazi Zombie Army is much more enjoyable when played with friends, but even then, there is still a feeling of sameness that permeates the whole experience.

Do not play Nazi Zombie Army, as it becomes very boring very fast. Do not bother with the sequel either; it's nothing but more of the same repetitive, mediocre trite.

The title to this game may be odd but trust me this game is amazing, sort of a survival, what is very cool about this is that it is up to four player co-op, four different characters, four times the fun.
It is your basic Sniper Elite game, slap some zombies in it and Nazi and bam, this game was made.
It's your typical shot and run game but with story, I won't say anything about the story but it is very nice.

Worth buying only when its on sale, there are slight lag problems, and missions do occasionally stop working and ruin the experience and multiplayer not so good as not many people play this game anymore.

Even though the multiplayer looking for game could be better, I still find the game fun. It is one of the better zombie games that I have played. The zombies feel more like zombies; if there is a couple you could take them but if there is a swarm that is were the difficulty comes from especially when you have little ammo to spare.

Genre: Third Person Shooter with 4 Player Co-Op

Rebellion returns with some stand-alone content to its successful Sniper Elite series this time featuring everyone's favorite punching bag and brain-gobblers - Zombies. However, we are not just talking about any old Zombie here (particularly those wussy Zombies who keep getting their backsides handed to them by plants) but none other than Nazi Zombies (as if Nazi's weren't nasty enough whilst alive they now torment us as the risen dead). Set in Berlin - the game ditches the serious demeanor of the original campaign in favor of the occult where Hitler has just unleashed legions of the undead in his last bid attempt to salvage the dying embers of his war machine.

There are four characters to choose from allowing the player to jump into any number of co-op situations for up to and including four people. Nazi Zombie Army is a game designed solely around having stupid fun with friends and you will need to work together if you plan on making it through these blood drenched streets, sewers and subways. The single player campaign plays out exactly the same as the co-op campaign and is really not where you want to be spending too much of your time. The levels are long and hard and dying in single player and then exiting (even though you have already hit various checkpoints throughout a level) will put you right back at square one killing off any accumulated joy in quite a short frustrating space of time. However, with four players thrown into the mix the game becomes one big chaotic scramble as you try your best to stay alive or keep your other team mates alive all whilst trying to get in that perfect head or torso shot that takes the enemy down immediately. The more players thrown into the mix the more legions of the undead you will face so acting fast and acting quick will save lives here. The game never seems to take itself too seriously, well how serious can you get you when pairing Nazi and Zombie together - but that does not mean the game plays things for camp laughs. If anything the player should feel just that little unsettled not knowing what hoard lies in wait around the corner. Most of the levels are incredibly atmospheric and well designed with ammo stations placed just about right near the time you begin to run out.

I was not expecting Sniper Elite: Nazi Zombie Army to be such a looker. From lighting effects to explosion damage the game looks consistently good with high definition textures everywhere. It does come at a price though as Nazi Zombie Army does require quite a recent desktop or laptop with decent GPU and memory to run optimally. The game should last most players roughly between 7- 10 hours depending on how you play (which is expected given the pricing) but there is always the next level of difficulty to tackle once done so there is quite a bit here to keep most gamers entertained for a while.

I really enjoyed this title and I can heartily recommend it to groups of 4 people looking for some cool Zombie sniping action at a reasonable price that manages to also look quite phenomenal and really is a blast to play.

Great game though is let down by the fact YOU NEED to play coop to finish nearly any level. There is a online matchmaking system so you don't need friends to have the game. Though sometimes it is hard to find a game once you find one with 4 other players (including yourself) it is great. Good range of guns and sidearms. Fun gameplay though can repeat in each level, Kill a big horde of zombies do it again, safe room, kill another horde, get to the objective, hold out against a seige then finish. Levels aren't incredibly long but not too short so I love them fro that. Not a massive range of zombies but it tries to keep its scfi roots in the ground with a selection of, regular zombies, regular zombies with explosive strapped to them, heavy zombie with LMG, skelitons, sniper zombie and occasional occult leader or boss type zombie near the end of the campaign so not over the top but not stupid either. Overall great game 8/10, fun good range of weapons but often gets repetative and annoying that a hoard of 50+ zombies instantly know where you are.
