This is the coolest arcade game I played. Awesome dynamics, hurricane action. I advise all who long for the old school style contra!

I bought it on sale to play Co-Op with a friend, even with a annoying bug that keeps crashing the game it worth every penny, long time i did not played a so much entertaining, fun and casual game in Co-Op.

If you are searching a fun co-op game to play with a friend go for it.

It not worth the regular price because of that annoying bug (check forums) that keeps crashing the game .. but apart of that and if you can buy it on a sale, go for it!

Thanks for the devs for this game, and please just fix that bug!

I wanted to like this game and for the most part it was okay... merely okay. The problem was the controls. The controls were incredibly frustrating and many ammo drops were simply not reachable. The game is full of bugs and glitches, and simply doesn't play well. The storyline is ridiculous as well. I'll try to play it again after only playing for about twenty minutes... and give it another shot. Maybe I'll revise my review, but I doubt it.

Narco Terror is a below average twin-stick shooter that services mindless explosion-laden action with a forgettable excuse of an 80s B-movie plot, with all the expected tropes, involving a DEA agent rescuing his daughter from a Peruvian drug lord.

Technically, the shooting mechanism and Magicka-styled ammo type combos are satisfactory, but some non-breaking glitches like unreachable ammo drops, ridiculous invisible walls, abrupt transitions and beamed down red shirts out of Nowhereistan still remind you that this is a mediocre game.

If you can ignore the cheap looks and nonsense narrative, co-op can scratch that Contra itch once in a while. 2/5
