About the Game

Arma Tactics is a turn-based close-combat strategy game, where you take control of a four-member Special Forces team. There are no given strategies, rails to move on, or paths to follow; it‘s up to you to decide how you will play through both the story-driven missions and generated missions with randomized objectives. Whether using stealth or a more direct approach, you will need to use your strategic thinking and use both basic and advanced weaponry while facing many different opponents - ranging from unorganized local militia to smart and skilled mercenaries.

With highly replayable missions, achievements, weapons to unlock and two single-player campaigns, Arma Tactics offers many hours of intense ever-changing action.

Don't bother. It's a very poor turn based game which is very buggy. Controls are terrible.

I really wanted to like this game...but the amount of bugs is just awful. Maybe someday this game becomes a good game but not at the moment. Avoid.

Unfortunatly I wasn't able to get very far into this game due to the bugs present in the game, and the poor interface. This appears to be a quickly put together clone of the wildly popular, and good, game XCOM Enemy Unknown. However, this is also a poorly done port of a mobile game which explains the terrible interface for a PC, and likely the number of bugs.

Turn-based games are my favorite kind of game. But this one was just too poorly implemented for me to even play it very long.

Bad gameplay and horrible character animation are just the top of the ant hill in this horrible "ArmA game". The only properties that it seems to carry over are some of the environment back drops and weapon sounds. Their are only four guns to buy and the voice actors sound like their being forced to read their lines. Would not recommend buying, even at its current price.

It's a scam, i bought this game on release and it was unplayable. Then i waited for them to fix the bugs but the last news is they just abandonned that game in a clearly beta stage.

Do not buy this, i feel like i paid for an incomplete game that is still really bugged and there won't be any improvement. I wish they refund me for that piece of ♥♥♥♥ that i wouldn't even play if it was free to play.

It's something that's simple enough for a person who's not familiar with tactical turn based strategy games to use as an introduction, but it's simply lacking in complexity for any person who is a veteran of tactical turn based games.

Also, it's just a cheap port of a mobile game, so go figure.

If you're a fan of the genre, feel free to skip over this unless you really want another game to play. If you're new, it's a decent starting game, but I would still suggest trying to get into a better game like X-COM.
