"A beautiful masterpiece that everyone should try ... it might be the most compelling and beautiful indie game I’ve played all year."

- Alex Faciane, Gamezone
"The creepy atmosphere, the single-minded focus on extremely minimal actions, and the mocking self-awareness all contribute to a deft statement on games and how we play them."

- Garrett Martin, Joystiq
"Should you play this game? YES. [...] The confused people wonder if Little Inferno is even a game. The impressed people write about how, as they finished the game, they got choked up."

- Stephen Totilo, Kotaku

Interesting, but I found myself grinding for achievments. And then I realized the whole game is about grinding for achievement. You throw stuff into the fire. There are some combinations of things which will get you "bonus" achievements by burning them at the same time. Explosions are sometimes enjoyable. Doesn't take too long to go through the whole line up of items to burn.

If you can stand to play cookie clicker for more than 10 hours, you'll love this game—but I don't recommend it to anyone looking for a puzzle game.

Meh.

Very captivating little game, even though nothing much happens it was strangely enjoyable for a few hours. Certainly worth it if there is a good sale. Runs smoothly even on low-spec/slightly outdated hardware.

Do you like setting things on fire, and dream of a world where there's a fireplace where you can burn everything? Dream no more.

Burn it all, burn it all and it all pops out coins so you can buy more stuff to burn!

Like insaniquarium but with fire!

**NOTE: Even though I don't have much time on this game, I've played through the Wii U version, but the steam version is the same, besides some minor differences.**

This game really makes me want to burn some things.

Pros:
+ Great visuals
+ Polished
+ No IAPS
+ Interesting, weird and gripping characters
+ Great music
+ Amazing story & storytelling
+ It's fun to just mess around with the items

Neutral:
* A bit short. The story is good, and it's meant to be short, but after the game is done, I'm just wanting more.

Cons:
Can't currently find any. Will update if any are found.

Little Inferno is a geinus little game with plenty of surprises and secrets hidden about. Plus, even though it doesn't seem like it, it has a story that's actually quite good. I highly suggest it.

"Let your inner pyro free with this charming yet dark game."

It was fun finally finishing Little Inferno, the whole point of the game is to set things on fire and watch them comically and/or gruesomely burn. It fosters the perfect environment to casually incinerate things without consequences. From the creators of World of Goo, if you like or can tolerate their occasionally twisted humor, this game is worth playing.

A very simple but decent game, very simplistic in nature yet there are challenges to be had. I let my kids play this in August 2015 and haven't slept since. I have to keep an eye on my kids as my daughter is in her teenage years, so is at the age of "Sod it, let's try this thing I saw on TV/Internet/Game and see what happens" and my 7 year old son just shuffles around the house muttering "The voices in the flame are telling me to do things" and "Fire is the cleanser" under his breath. I'd be a very scared individual if I didn't have central heating

The roof, the roof, the roof is on fire, we don't need no water let the mamma jamma burn, burn mamma jamma burn/10

This is a really good game to play once, After that it loses it's flair. I really enjoied it and sat down the whole ammount of time I played it in one sitting. There was a cool simple message put out and it just gets the point across.

Only real con I have is that there is no replay value.

A fairly short, but amazingly addictive game, with a quirky and amusing story. Throwing endless combinations of objects into a naked flame shouldn't be anywhere near as fun as it! The various achievements to unlock can take a while to figure out, which makes for a nice puzzle element.

The only downside is having to wait in real time for items to be delivered, which can get tedious when waiting for expensive objects which can take up to 10 minutes from ordering to arrive.

Overall, a great game!

If you are looking for some fun that includes your pyromanic tendencies . This is a game for you :3. What it has in story with a letter after letter although a little stale . The combos you can make are just amazing. Pixelated , colour changing fire? Well good job , you get some tokens that speed the game up for that. This game makes me come back at times to just have a fun and chill time and I really recommend it. 9/10

It is hard to say this is a game.
BUT it really worth playing.

With very special game type and mood, that should be something special we could taste with.

This delightful, little, and simplistic game perfectly appeals to the inner pyromaniac in me.

Graphics are well done..
Music and audio are appropriate and nicely ambient..

Combo names may not always align well with the items burned..
there may not be a lot of replayability...
but...

who are you kidding..
if you get this game..
it's just because you want to watch the world burn
(but without the arson charges and prison time)

This is truly unique and amazing game. I would like to write something more, but I feel like with each word of description I would take away surprise and fun factor that this game has. So I will say just this much: this is an interesting experience and a game that stays in your memory long after you finish it. Try it.

If you haven't already realised, I like destroying and burning stuff, there's something incredibly satisfying about it and Little Inferno gave me my satisfaction that I had such a lust for. This game is amusing and yet incredibly horrifying, oh, and it's fun to burn stuff. It has a story that slowly gets better and more complicated as it progresses from you burning stuff... did I mention it's fun to burn stuff?

Started a youtube channel, if you're looking for a facecam reaction of the horrifying nature of this game, give us a quick glance! You never know, you might even find us funny! o.o

Keeping it Short:
-This game has a great story (unexpected)
-Gameplay is Unique
-Enjoyable
-Any computer can run it
This is a great game to play if you're into good games with story, slightly disturbing images, and fire, fire, everywhere.

A fun game that requires attention to detail in order to puzzle out all the combos. The basic premise is simple and burning each of the items is entertaining on its own but the combo hunt and progression made it interesting enough to keep me playing. The production is very clean with good art and okay music. My one gripe is the lack of settings option within the game to adjust the volume but there is a settings.txt which lets you change the volume easily enough.
Besides all this though, there is a definite undertone of social commentary and advice which puts It into the bucket of philosophical game stories along with Braid.

I recomend this game. But not at the full price.

Pros-
-Cool Gameplay
-Neat theme
-Great Strory
-Cool Combos
-Neat Characters

Cons
-Repetitive at times
-Long delivery times for the things you burn
-Once you've played the story, you've seen it all.

First ever game I got on Steam. What a good choice.

Many people say this game gets repetitive, and to a certain extent they're right. However, I believe there's enough to break up the "repetitive" content and still make it seem fresh.

The art style is the best I've ever seen. I played World of Goo before this, and love the art of both. The storyline is a bit vague in places, but I like vagueness. The distopian / utopian themes are good and incorporate well with the gameplay.

Just get it.

If you love candles, if you love to watch things burn, if you like fun Tim Burton-esque art, if you enjoy enchanting music and chaotic destruction and colorful explosions THIS IS YOUR GAME.

Cute story. Replayable. Stress Relieving.
SOOTHE YOUR INNER PYROMANIAC.
I can not express enough how beautiful, charming and fun this game continues to be! I let my friends and their younger siblings or their kids play this game. They love it too and beg to get to play it again and again.

SAFE FUN FIRE!
