About the Game

The game brings a fresh new take on the city building/management genre by introducing many RPG features.

In Towns you manage a settlement on top of an active dungeon. Instead of playing the hero who delves deep into the dungeon, how about playing the town that houses and caters to the hero's needs?

Both the RPG and strategic aspects will be fleshed out over a series of sprawling dungeons.

Attract travelling heroes that will independently explore the dungeons below, fight off monsters, gain levels, special skills and collect the best loot they can find in order to clear the land of all evil!

Craft unique weapons, trade with exotic items, obtain randomized loot, set up devious death traps and build a settlement capable of holding back the forces that come up from the depths!

Pending: It seems someone is working on this game again, however, I still DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHSE, until things are complete. The devs are "burned out," of course they got that way AFTER their game was sold... unfinished. Hope they enjoyed the 2 Million Dollars they made. I will never buy from ANYONE who was involved in the making of this "game" . Rip-off artists, and scammers. They should refund the cash paid for the game, and remove it from Steam. Warning: DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!

If you want a Dwarf Fortress Clone with graphics, please play Gnomoria.
This game is a very low quality and not fit for release.

It is a bummer that this was one of the first game to be ever Greenlit. Contrary to the public belief, this game is not and never was Early Access, yet we got an Alpha Version of the game sold. The store page also says that it will be continuously updated, but this does not happen. We get a patch all few months, which tends to break even more things.

The visuals are okay, but the menus are just downright amateurish, the tutorials useless and the game absolutely explains nothing. Hello Developers, it is 2013, wake up. You don't need to hold my hand, but if you don't explain how your game works, then there is not fun to be had. Crawling through half the internet to understand how the game works is not something you want.

Gnomoria is way more intuitive and has a clear progress line, even if you never played this genre.

Don't touch it with a 10 ft pole held by someone else on the other side of the street.

fun for a few hours then you begin to notice all of the bugs...
The developers patch MAYBE once or twice a year at most and they only fix very minor things, do not buy save your money!

The game is not fun, unfinished and unpolished. Almost no development for the last year.

Don't waste your money on this, there are much better games of this genre around.
