I have very mixed views on this game, the first thing that springs to mind is that it is a blatant clone of Fruit Ninja (one of my most used apps back when I had an iPhone) with a few added features like a story (I'll get onto that below) and different kinds of logs to chop in different ways (although I find this feature takes away from the game and since the time slows when you click it becomes somewhat easy).
So, the story (I'll use spoiler tags but honestly there isn't much to spoil):You are a lumberjack named Jack Lumber, your grandma gets pulverised by a tree and you suddenly turn into a hardwood furniture store growing a hateful resentment for trees everywhere, you go chopping logs collecting a variety of animals (that you have undoubtedly destroyed the homes and families of). That's pretty much all I've gathered from my extensive game time.
That's one of the things that makes me dislike this game, it's taken me less than 20 minutes and I feel like I've experienced everything the game has to offer, apart from maybe more than 6 logs being thrown up on screen at once later in the repetitive level system.
This game I would say is actually worth the cost... if it weren't a Fruit Ninja clone.
Use your money more wisely, I wholly advise you to get Fruit Ninja, it's more quirky, more original, and cheaper.
I'd give this game:
Creativity - 3/10
Looks - 6/10
Difficulty - 4/10 (Too easy)
Replayability - 4/10 (Gets old fast)
Total - 4.25/10
