"A very out of the box point and click. You are tasked to solve a problem, but the solution is not exactly obvious, but the outcome is always hilarious."

AUDIO: Cute                                                  AESTHETIC: Retro
MEMORABILITY: Hilarious                            WORTH: Full Price

PROS: A parody of MacGyver where you are put into a time-crunched scenario that you need to quickly solve. The game is structured very creatively to keep you on your toes the whole way through. Lots of levels and easter eggs. Legitimately funny, laugh-out-loud humor that ranges from subtle to asinine.

CONS: Disappointed by the lack of achievements, but that's a very small gripe in the grand scheme of things.

OVERALL: Gaming is riddled with failed attempts at comedy. I'm glad to see there is a game out there that can actually make me laugh very hard.

McPixel
This game is just an very accurate representation of our era, which is "The Era Of The Internet". I am saying that only because nowadays everything has the WTF factor in it, and on, this game was created only with from that material. Don't get me wrong, it is a great game if you have an updated sense of humor and a lot of patience.

Short, twenty-second puzzles in which you try to help McPixel save the world... or at least, the world he's in... with a couple of well-placed clicks. If those clicks are anything but well-placed, well... you get the picture. Sometimes just the ensuing hilarity may be what you're after.

The visuals may seem a little cheesy to some, but it doesn't need to be sophisticated in that category. Heck, even the humor can be a bit lowbrow. If anything, the cheesy visuals and sometimes-ribald humor are part of the overall charm. Besides, "McTexel" just doesn't have quite the same ring to it.

Now, go forth and save the world! Or at least, the world McPixel's in.

This game is plain and simple STUPID. I really don't know why I actually beat the whole thing, I kind of regret doing that to my brain now. I'm writing this as an apology to it.
