Buy? Maybe. CC is clearly a roguelike, despite it's friendly appearance. You have limited time per wave to clear cargo and former, now mutated employees from containers that smash into your home base for loot. Rank is basically your score, and increasing it will unlock the upgrade bench among other rewards. Killing enemies for caps lets you purchase upgrades (though, I hate that I didn't see an option to have more time). This game is intentionally hard, but I'm also not fond of the extreme time limit, ability to die easily from explosions, time consuming drilling, and platforming that's irritating when jumping around different gravity fields, wasting your precious time. Level design is repetitive and forgettable. The game has charm, but limited background music. Except those problem, I think my issues with CC boils down mostly to taste and not to quality. Somebody that likes platformers, roguelikes, and physics games will probably enjoy this - though it appears I'm the only person who has actually played this out of the other 3 friends that currently have this.
