Recenzii

“Divinity II is a wonderful, welcome surprise. It's been a long time since I've played an RPG that manages to balance a lengthy, in-depth story with such a self-aware and hilarious script”
IncGamers

“The writing is consistently terrific, from the genuinely creative quests with multiple solutions to the NPCs which are all hand-crafted and infused with personality. Where other games would have copy + pasted Unclickable Villager A and B a few dozen times, Divinity 2 gives you an actual village, complete with gossipers, philanderers, military deserters, the occasional secret murderer, and even a few normal people”
9/10 – SomethingAwful

“It's amazing such a good game remained undiscovered until this "remastered" version was released. (...) The quests are surprisingly good, with charming voicework and a great sense of humour - and then there's the exploration, with hidden caverns and keys rewarding diligent players”

You should never make a hack & slash game without block mechanics. Seems a bit rush, beside theres no gamepad option. I had to use xpadder to play this game. It would of been cool if the game had a more mature gore in detail when fighting the ai. It only took me one hr of gameplay to say its a no for me. This game has so much potentail however.

A tl;dr to start
--------------------
Pros: Great lines, great lore, a solidly long campaign.

Cons: Frustrating gameplay, unintuitive progression and a ridiculous waste of potential

Overall: If you took the 'game' out of this game, it would be stellar.
--------------------

Divinity has always been strong with story and the world really nets any player willing to immerse themselves. But I am time and again flung right back out when I find myself fighting the game itself instead of enemies, puzzles or the like. A myriad of problems ranging from punishingly steep character progression costs, many quests requiring an hour or more of searching for a button in a badly lit room or being forced to trudge through huge enemy level jumps.

The game is meant to be difficult, but there is a difference between punishing a wrong choice and requiring the player to save every few seconds for fear of being trapped in an area twice their level. It is a roller coaster of geart narratives, hilarious and deep characters, and heaps of dissapointment. For every heartfelt chuckle or legitimate moment of curiousity I had there was a moment or three of a frustrated sigh, loading the last save and trying once again to complete some menial task or fight. There were a few moments where the narrative progression almost made it all worth it, but sadly the game's peaks do not outweigh its trenches. Worst of all, the second bit (Flames of Vengeance) greeted the player with a choice, end sequence and resolution that, to put it quite blunty, felt like it was pulled from the nearest rancid pile of trash, slapped on for the sake of completion.

I am incredibly dissapointed to not recomend this game, as the world, characters and overall plot are some of the best I've seen in a fantasy RPG. But the fumbling in basic gameplay, design and simply the actual 'game' bits of this title ruin it as an overall experience.

First time when i saw it i understand that i want it..
It is a real intersting rpg game in which u can become a drangon! For me it was a real nice game after skyrim. Many places, missions and npc that make divinity world become beaiful. I dont know if anybody didnt want to play it.

I don't know how to continue past the point I'm at (you can probably find the answer online though).

Aside from that, a wonderful example of a B action rpg that works well.

A good RPG game that is very much in the Larian mold, though it does have a few blemishes.

The (ground) combat is quite basic, aim at a target and mouse click for each attack (no combos, just attacks) with a hotbar for skills, potions, etc.

Combat in dragon form is... underwhelming sadly. Much the same as ground combat in terms of mechanics but with the added annoyance that normal ground enemies despawn when you take flight so you can't even make a good zombie bbq.

The actual combat difficulty swings between very easy and keyboard-breakingly hard, depending on how tanky you are and if you get stun-locked into place while every critter in the area takes a shoe to your scaley butt.

The storyline is good, but not earth-shattering and if you have never played the previous Divinity games you may be left scratching your head as to who certain characters are and why they are so significant.

The voice acting ranges from being solid and entertaining to hillari-bad, but overal its tollerable.

The graphics are pretty enough, though not jaw-dropping and the game's performance is fairly solid most of the time, with occasional weirdness like the odd "falling through the world" glitch cropping up a couple of times and a persistently occuring choppiness and slow-down that kept cropping up after the game had been running for a few hours.

So where (if at all) does this game shine? For me, Divinity II shines in the humour that persists throughout the game. There are references, easter eggs and zany antics cropping up throughout the game, but they are rarely rubbed into your face. Rather, when you spot them you can smile to yourself or facepalm at one or another.

Score-wise, I give Divinity II: Developer's Cut a 7 out of 10. An enjoyable title set in an established world which fans will enjoy, marred by a slightly temperamental game engine and a B+ narrative. If you like RPGs then its worth playing at least once.

Mediocre, seems at bit rushed, if you watch the short film about the development of the game they briefly explain why but eitherway the game is fun, has nice mechanics and a nice original story. And with the director's cut you can literally control everything which is fun for just messing around if you're bored

This is the first game I purchased in a long while *2016* from the steam store that I played long enough that I will be ineligible to request a refund. Not sure if I will ever finish it or how much I will play it but it's more than a decent game especially for the 2.99 price. It is comparable to the first dragon age. My biggest gripes are the voice acting isn't the best, a lot of the characters are bland as to be expected in an open world RPG and theres a very small number of head models/faces that get reused and they don't look so great, people don't look as good as the grass and trees in this game. The water is kind of bad also but next gen visuals don't make always for a good game and this game isn't new. If I can draw comparisons to Dragon Age in which the first one is among my top 5 favorite games I have ever played and it runs better than Dragon Age does for me on my PC we are looking at a very positive experience.

One word would be enough to describe this game: Excellence.

I bought it long time ago, played it on some non-steam version and finished it twice. I bought it having in mind the old "Divinity" games and it turned out it's something new.Despite being diamterically different of the oldies I liked it. Do you feel the ancient fire inside? Buy this awesome game and enjoy it!

I played and beat this game on Xbox 360 (both Ego Draconis and Dragon Knight Saga), it is one of my personal Favorite Fantasy RPG's. If you ever wished you could TURN INTO A dragon in an RPG, welp, here yah go! The story is BEYOND BRILLIANT! The acting is good (according to my memory), there are actions you make that will affect things, one of the biggest being later in the story when you aquire the battle tower and get to choose between 2 people for each posiiton and the one you don't, dies.
There is necromancy that gives you a summoned creature in this no matter you're class choice. There is the 3 basic types, Warrior, Rogue, Mage, and it branches into really cool abilitys, you can mind read people, the ghosts are weird but kinda silly and even creepy looking in this. The Developers cut gives you the ability to have full control over the game and your character, changing everything but the story, it can of course get buggy but still! I would highly recommend if you ge this to beat the game without any mods first, then go nuts on a second playthrough. I recommend this because it feels different from other RPG's and is very engaging and fun, one of those that follows mechanics of Bioare's Infamous RPG's (mostly with dioalogue choices and such), if I remember correctly your character DOES! talk as well....I could be wrong it's been a while.

To give an example of some my personal favored RPG's that if you're a fan of I would recommend this as well are,
Knights Of The Old Republic (1 & 2),
Mass Effect (1-3),
Kingdoms Of Amalur; Reckoning,
Two Worlds (1 & 2),
Elder Scrolls V Skyrim,
there are others but you get the picture. As a bit of added thing I recommend, I'm one of those people who enjoys listening to music, finding soemthing to add my own soundtrack to games that fits perfectly well with, and when I originally played this game music That always makes me think of the game I listened to at the time was music by, Sonata Arctica and a few songs by Free Spirit.

I highly recommend this game to RPG fans!
REMEMBER THAT! This is not played anything like "Divinity Original Sin", it is a completely different story and completely different style of gameplay, Original Sin is top down and Stratedgy, this is 3rd-person real time combat.
