About the Game

RaiderZ is a Free-to-Play Massively Multiplayer Online RPG (or MMORPG for short) in which players engage in battle against colossal and powerful beasts in order to save the world of Rendel from destruction.

Experience action-based gameplay, join a hunting party, and team with up to 15 other adventurers to beat back the monstrous forces of destruction. In RaiderZ, you must hunt together, or die alone.

There are no set classes in RaiderZ. You are free to pick and choose from among different weapons and skills and their associated combat styles. RaiderZ is a very fun action-oriented MMORPG. With action combat and very good monster/zone design, it's one of the better MMOs on the free-to-play market at the moment. Although it is not without faults, it still makes for a very enjoyable casual experience.RaiderZ may not be able to go head-to-head against some of the bigger free-to-play MMOs on the market, but it does offer a fairly unique monster-hunter experience and fast-paced action combat that will keep you hooked for hours on end.On paper, RaiderZ might seem like an easy game to simply dismiss out of hand. Let's be frank: the name is kind of silly, and it's coming out of a market that is kind of notorious for producing less-than-stellar games. But the combination of charm and challenge is a winner.

It freezes, and the nProtect GameGuard is stupid. Now, I have to make sure to delete all of it's crap.

I cant really call this a review if i never got to play the game in question...
It's best to just avoid Perfect World studios all together.
It may say that i have 2 hours into this game, but those 2 hours come from simply trying to sign into an existing account. Since PW changed over to ARC everything has gotten screwed up.
Which leaves me with no way log into this game, short of using a new email address,
and frankly the game doesnt look to be worth the trouble.

Truthfully, after all the shady BS, now i'm worried about "perfect world" selling my email and 50+ password attempts to someone else.

(Also, important to note that this is the second time i've tried to play this game with the same troubles. And i have worked in the IT field, i'm no technotard.)

♥♥♥♥ Poor. Lets put it this way. If you have an antivirus, your patcher will not work, full stop.
Once you disable all security on your computer, the program will install a keylogger and rootkit ('gamegaurd') on your computer for 'security' purposes.
When you get to the login screen, you will be asked for an ID and a Password. There is a register button but it will crash the game.
If you manually google for Raiderz and go to the website, you will be redirected to a website called Arc. Registering on Arc will not create your ID for Raiderz. There is no instructions for how to register for Raiderz. Good luck registering for it.
If you do somehow manage to actually get the game to run and play, I've heard pretty bad things about the gameplay too, so I just wouldn't bother.

Getting this game to work is pointless.
-Adding the game to your anti-virus exclusion list won't do ♥♥♥♥.
-Turning off your firewall, in order to play the game won't do ♥♥♥♥
-Uninstalling logitech tools for your keyboard (GamerGuard indicates them as hacking tools) won't do ♥♥♥♥.
-Running the game as admin & without running it directly on Steam won't do ♥♥♥♥ either.
I have probably tried all the possible solutions, to get this bloody game working. None of them worked of course.
In my opinion, non-working game can be considered as a diarrhea. So don't bother on downloading the client.

A warning that this comes bundled with nProtect GameGuard, a rootkit, would have been nice. GameGuard, according to wikipedia "hides the game application process, monitors the entire memory range, terminates applications defined by the game vendor and INCA Internet to be cheats (QIP for example), blocks certain calls to Direct X functions and Windows APIs, keylogs your keyboard input". Now I have to make sure that uninstalling the game removed the damn thing.
