It's a pretty fun game. Great time killer and really easy to get into when everyone is cooperating and not trolling.

Back when they started, Primal Carnage '1' was cool, but pretty quickly ruined with updates, after like a year of it getting worse and worse with pretty much each update, Lukewarm Media realized this, and decided to start over, no more updates where released, and we had to buy the game again to get the new version...
There was/is a discount for owners of the origional, but still, a pretty lame move, but we where told the reason behind it was that they needed funds for a singleplayer game, they enticed us all with pretty cgi teaser vids, we all shrugged and bought the game again.

Now, Primal Carnage '1.5' (this version) has been out for a while too, and pretty much the same story, most updates actually make the game worse, screw up balance etc.

I used to support this dev, because of the cool singleplayer game they said they where making. but recentlly it turned out they've mostly been working on console versions of this mp game, and hardly been working on the singleplayer at all.

Because of all of the above, im gonna not reccommend this game, it used to be pretty cool, but its a stale cashgrab nowadays, so your better of spending your money elsewhere. (that said, orion games are much much worse, and famous for using stolen assets/not paying their devs, so definatlly dont get those either)

This game is simply brilliant, it's a great platform for fans of FPS and dino lovers to clash in an ultimte war between worlds. The graphics are great, the controls are easy and adjustable and the enviroment is perfect for both teams. The only thing I really disliked is how the humans have the ability to jump very high. Most human players usually mash the jump button whilst shooting, making them impossible to hit. This can be improved by limiting how much / how high the humans can jump or making their hit box just a little bigger. I also feel like some of the bigger dinosaurs should have more health, and make the littler ones more durable so they don't have to keep running back and forth between the battleground and the healing checkpoint. Other than that, this game is wonderful. I really reccomend it.
