*Pay-to-Win

*Hacker infested -- If you spend a lot of money on NX you will not get banned for using hacks in this game. You might get your stats rolled back, but even the top players can hack and get banned multiple times and still keep their accounts. It's sad.

*Badly optimized -- why do I get fps lag after some time playing this game? It's certainly not my OS, or my hardware. It's universal.

*Terrible community -- full of immature children. Expect to get kicked for killing the elite moderator or questioning whether he or his clan hacks.. Or a clan composed completely of secret hackers, and own the room as elite moderators.
People playing simply to grind GP/XP, what happened to playing for fun and slowly advancing towards your rank, so that it actually means something? I understand, but it's sickening how now you can get a high rank in a few days with what took people months before all the xp boosters and crap game modes came out. Ranks used to be respectable, now Nexon has taken away what people used to treasure about advancing ranks in the name of greed. That's inexcusable.

*Buggy -- How many times have I died from walking down a ladder and all of a sudden killing myself
somehow, what are the laws of physics in this game that dictate walking down stairs might kill you. Is it haunted? Did somebody murder a woman and her unborn child on those stairs? What's the story, Nexon?

*Unbalanced in almost every way possible -- Dual SMG's > everything on most maps. NX weapons give advantage in many cases. I know Gaben wouldn't let that ♥♥♥♥ roll, that's for sure.

I have played this game from 2009 ~ 2010, a bit in 2011 and 2012 as well. Right around the time when they released specialists (2009) is when things started to get bad. The game is engineered around NX now, no way around it. You can't play things like quarantine mode anymore unless you pay money for mutagens.

There is speed boosting armor in the game that adds up to +25% if you pay money for NX. As you can imagine, this is frustrating. Good luck trying to kill a skinny female character bunny hopping around with an SMG with what is basically a speedhack.. Jesus, this game is terrible.

If you want to test your frustration, this is the right game for you.

I played this game for hours on end before it came to Steam and I had a lot of fun with it, but after re-installing it, I remembered what was bad about it.

The Community of this game is one of the worst communities in existence. They will yell at you for no reason whatsoever and in most cases, the host of the game will kick you for killing them and call you a hacker.

The Gameplay is okay. It's not the worst but it's not the greatest. It feels very similar to other games like Counter-Strike.

The Pay2Win feature is one of the biggest downfalls of this game. It is almost required that you get Nexon Cash to fully enjoy the game. When you play with just the GP you get from matches, you feel very underpowered from all the other things people purchase with real money.

The graphics aren't that bad. They don't distract that much and guns look like what they should be. The 3rd person models though are a bit watered down and need a re-vamp.

The hackers are the biggest problem in the game. Nexon tries to constantly update their Anti-Hack shield but it's futile for them to do so since hackers always find a way around it. They should really consider going with VAC.

All in all, Combat Arms is not a absolutely terrible game, but it's not that good. I don't recommend it, but if you can find some fun in it, well enjoy your experience as I once did.

Pretty addicting, but is a ♥♥♥♥ off most of the time. xD Most people say this game is horrible, and most of them quit. This game may be addicting, but there's many things why you got to hate it. The hackers, The glitchers, The Overpowered guns, The lag, The complainers (you'll get called a hacker by players most of the time), The rage kickers, the team stackers. It's not the worst game, but it can improve by alot!

The community is full of ignorant children and foreigners who want to beg and scam you for every last thing you own.
They're too cheap to buy something themselves so they'll "duel you" for the "right to own it" in which you must "buy it for them"

Of course no one in the right damn mind is going to buy a single thing for these idiots.

It's a F2P CoD MMO. That's all there is. I'd say it's more like counter strike if the people who play it worked as a team and quickscoping and ADS weren't stressed at every possible moment.

Final verdict: play it if the concept of running around, shooting, dying, respawning, then repeating to level up to be able to buy a different gun for up to a 7 day period before you have to shell out real life money to use the MLG-420X Sniper Rifle or to play as ♥♥♥♥ McGee and her sisters/Beefy Largehuge and his brothers appeals to you.

Otherwise, just skip this game.
