Addicting tower defender. Always the same game over and over, so not too many surprises if an active player.

Tower defense with graphics that appear to emulate the WWII era setting. Still this is mindless fun, like a screensaver except by clicking at it you help precipitate mild forms of violence. And who doesn't appreciate that in their life from time to time?

I normally dont complain about 5 dollar games......but, there is way to much random stuff happening around the map making it impossible to strategize on a first play through. I repeatedly find myself playing through a map just to see what unexpected things will be thrown at me so I can play it again with a better idea of what needs to be done. This alone ruined the game for me! As far as gameplay goes, I have no complaints. I love the upgrade and level system, as well as the graphics and sounds.

I left a review for iBomber Defense which takes place in Germany. This one of course takes place in the Pacific against the Japanese. It is very fun although I much prefer the land battles in Germany especially when you get close to Berlin. I also thoroughly enjoyed them using swastikas as well as the iron cross instead of just the iron cross as so many gutless game studios do.

First of all thanx to the developer for including achivements and cloud save wich i think is important for all games nowdays.

GFx 8-10
SFx 8-10
Gameplay 10-10

The gameplay is easy to understand but harder to master but dont worrie as you level up it gets easier to beat those levels in glorious victory. Grafix is nice for the eyes and fits the game nicely. SFx and music is nice.

I recommend this game as it gets addictive to beat your friends scores and to level up and put more perks to your army.

Great game. Well designed levels, interesting new weapons and overall well balanced.
I like the graphic style and the sounds.
Think your strategy well, if not on the veteran level no chance of getting those achievements.

iBomber Defense Pacific, which I assume to be sort of follow up to iBomber Defense, continues the tradition of producing an incredibly bland and uninspired game though unlike the original this one does have some upsides to it.

The first thing you probably notice is that you now have slightly more choices to make than simply where to place your turrets down. Turrets have been given the "Dig-In" ability which gives them increased range and firepower but limits them to a very narrow arc of fire. This is a good idea in principle but in reality all it means is that you will spend most of your time simply rotating the turret so it can fire on all enemies.

Also a new addition is an ability building that allows you to drop bombs on your enemies and while this also is a nice improvement that gives you something to do while waiting for money to build up it has little impact on the gameplay.

Perhaps the biggest improvement is the inclusion of a interest system. By building Radar Stations, this game's equivalent of a boost turret, you earn a little extra income each wave depending on how much money you have. This is a nice addition that encourages minimalistic builds and opens up multiple tactics for you to choose on the harder difficulties.

Where iBomber Defense was the bare bones of a tower defense game Pacific manages to be the bare bones of a tower defense game with the bare bones of every tower defense gimmick out there except for a 3D FPS option tacked on. All the additions are nice and were solely needed but none of them are really added in properly and you still play the game feeling like you might as well be playing it in a browser.

Although iBomber Defense Pacific is great improvement over the original it is still a game you play wondering what it's doing on the PC.

Its a solid TowerDefense. Probably one of the Best out there. The first was good this one is even better. With small objectives and secrets, this game will keep your interest for awhile. Then you can buy Ibomber Attack and enjoy another great game!

8.5/10
After the first iBomber gave decent value for the price I decided to see if the sequel would do as well.
It didn't, it went FAR BEYOND expectations with new features aplenty. If you ever see the bundle on sale, grab it and enjoy. For the cost of a sandwich it'll keep you going for a few days.

Classic tower defense game with nice graphics. Later levels are really hard in veteran mode. Recommended for everyone who loves TD games.

If you like tower defense games, this one is a great investment at $5. It's simple enough to jump in and enjoy immediately, yet complex enough to offer good strategy and tactics. This is my favorite of the iBomber series.
