About This Game

Dr. Rosalene and Dr. Watts have peculiar jobs: They give people another chance to live, all the way from the very beginning... but only in their patients' heads.

Due to the severity of the operation, the new life becomes the last thing the patients remember before drawing their last breath. Thus, the operation is only done to people on their deathbeds, to fulfill what they wish they had done with their lives, but didn’t.

This particular story follows their attempt to fulfill the dream of an elderly man, Johnny. With each step back in time, a new fragment of Johnny's past is revealed. As the two doctors piece together the puzzled events that spanned a life time, they seek to find out just why the frail old man chose his dying wish to be what it is.

And Johnny's last wish is, of course... to go to the moon.

I picked this game up based off word of mouth, reviews etc; a simple game with a good story, that's not too long.

At first I wasn't sure if I was playing the same game. Early on, it comes across as just a bit of fluff with some hokey comedy, but as I got further into the game, the story started to unravel, and all the feelings that came with it.

It is a short game, 3-4 hours maybe. The puzzles are simple, and it's mostly a straightforward experience. This can be a good game if you're trying to get young kids into games (especially if they're not into gunplay etc), or to expand their gaming genre horizons.

(Not sure where I got this game)

To the moon is a very, very interesting game. And I not only speak with words! This is one of the most engaging games I have ever played, and a lot of moments on the game I have just wanted to play more and more.

Yeah it's sad, but with good reason. It does not have gameplay, but it replaces with a beautiful story, soundtrack and little humor here and there. It is surely an awesome game, and I promise you won't regret for buying it.

Altough it does not have a very good replay value, it does have quite a few (few) choices, which may change a bit of things here and there (especially on the sigmund bonus episodes). Also don't look at the screenshots they are spoilers >:(

In all seriouness, go play it. You won't regret.

I honestly don't understand what is supposed to be so sad about this. The plot was interesting, but I don't understand why people make such a big deal about it, or place such heavy weight on fleeting, negative sentiments. I never came anywhere close to crying. Not even vaguely... Still, I'd say it was worth the play and buy. It was a good plot, and entertaining.

A well written story with beautifully made resources to boot. Definitely worth more than the ten dollars spent on it.

Put aside 3-4 hours and treat it like a great big soppy movie.

Got this game from a friend. But honestly, I'd pay 20$ for it.
It starts off slow, but after about 30 minutes of playtime, you are exposed to the most beautiful, thrilling and exciting story.
It got me to reconnect with some of my long forgotten dreams, and it made me cry. A lot.
The soundtrack is beautiful, and I still listen to it whenever I'm down.

If you finish this game and don't like it, you are dead to me.

Bravo! Bravo!

Beautiful! Emotionally captivating. Please make more!

Controlls are a bit iffy - I switched between mouse/keyboard and gamepad frequently; Doesnt take away from the experience though.

Slightly clunky controls and occasional glitches are completely overshadowed by the amazing story. I don't think i've been this moved by a game since The Walking Dead S1. It doesn't take very long to complete but feels longer than it's length and can drag at times. The gameplay itself is mediocre rpgmaker type point and click with some arbitrary puzzles placed throughout. This in no way deteriates from the story though, with a steady ramp up to a heart wrenching finale this is one of the best stories i've ever played.

much more like an interactive experience than a typical game.
A very well written and executed story, filled with very dramatic and funny moments, accompanied by an amazing and mesmerizing soundtrack.
An experience not to be missed!
Heartily recommended.
