Oh, look, it's the 8th tiny stuff DLC and I am here to tell you that it's still nothing special.

The mission is the fun one. El Presidente competes with other communistical cities over who can make the most slogan become a reality. And Penultimo is the one that figures out what to do next, turning weird slogans into even weirder mission requirements. No pressure aside from last quest. Still surprisingly nice.

Building is Propaganda Tower that converts surrounding people toward Loyalist faction. It doesn't seem to be much useful to me. It requires electricity. But hey, at least it's the most tiny non-decoration building in the game, you can squeeze it between buildings just because you can't put anything else in.

The outfit is decent but the building and trait do the same thing as most media outlets. This DLC doesn't add much of value and it's not worth what they're charging.
