Now this game was for me an unique experience. Superbrothers: Sword & Sworcery EP offers you rather simple, but surprisingly moving story, with quite funny running commentary. Dry humour and linguistic play of words won't necessarily endear the tale to everyone, although I enjoyed the innovative narration.
(If you don't take the fragments of commentary aspiring to appear pseudo-therapeutical too seriously, of course).
As in any point & click game, you have to solve puzzles (varing in difficulty and nature) to move forward - and, well, it took some time for me to get used to SS&S EP mindset.
Music is beatiful - even if you're not interested in game, soundtrack is worth listening to. If you like pixel art, you will also love graphics. The world is detailed and alive, and holds much potential in my opinion; given how little we get to know about its mythology and geography, I feel kind of disappointed that SS&S EP offers only a small figment of its world. I would certainly like to see more.
I recommend Superbrothers Sword & Sworcery EP to anyone curious enough to try rather meditative atmosphere. Do give this game a chance, you might love it :)
