The soundtrack is quite good, the gameplay is good and the game is unforgiving ( while going for achievements. ) I had a lot of fun playing through this top-down stealth game.

It took me 5 hours to complete the game and it's definately one of the best stealth game I have ever played. It's really intense and the last levels are quite a challenge! The graphics are nothing too impressive, but the game run well at least. There are 28 levels with 3 secondary goals each and there is no storyline at all. The controls with a keyboard only are responsive and the the game is easy to get into.

If you're a fan of the genre, don't hesitate to purchase this game, it's worth it!

I just spend 12 hours completing Dynamite Jack. Have I longed for a game like this in years! The nostalgic going-back-in-time feeling of Commodore64, wow that is not something I come across often.

I bought this game because I received a 75% off ticket to this game I had never even heard of - but it's worth the full price. Absolutely!

God dammit, if you are from an age where you used a joystick, you WILL miss out if you don't give this game and yourself a chance to do what I just did.

Well this is a surprise. I've found a stealth game I actually enjoyed playing.

Top down stealth-em-up, with flashlights & predictable enemy movement, combined with rock hard level design/puzzles through the optional achievements; first few levels are total "ease you in tutorials" & then it starts getting *hard*, but never punishing.

I dig. And I don't say that about stealth games very often.

A Bomberman recreation with darkness mode on. Not a very long game but challenging and even the maps are designed to allow you to replay them since it's hard to remember them. The in-game builder is useful for creating own maps. Although it's not a thriller, I love how the soundtracks darkens the mood. I recommend it especially for this price.

The game plays with a mechanic that is sorely lacking / done right in gaming - stealth, especially using light/dark. you hide from your enemies, who have torches, and then (hopefully) blow them up, andmaybe some walls so that you can escape this nightmare prison that you are in.

If you are in light, you are seen, you are insta-giblets. Stay out of the light.

I didn't like the game. It felt like bomber man, and the graphics, although sufficient, felt lacking... which is understandable for a game built for Ludum Dare (a 2 day programmer competition). I actually felt it was too unforgiving, and too hard. I guess I was after somethign a bit more casual at the time that I tried it. I also hate time-trial based games (with the exception of racing games). This has achievemnts based on how fast levels are completed, although it does not seem to affect the early story progression (I have not completed the game so I don't know about the later levels).

I just didn't enjoy the game, thus my negative.

Everything feels wrong in this game.

First of all, the conext makes no sense at all. You're some sort of futuristic soldier that accidentally lands where he doesn't wanted to and in the end he tries to escape the caves from... people... who I don't really know why they're there... using a flashlight and bombs...?

Secondly, the game is not fun at all. The main idea, which I suppose was trying to make some sort of stealth-like game using lights and shadows throughut the cave, is so heavily squeezed every single level looks just the same to the rest. ALL 28 levels looked the same. Once you've done 3 or 4, you'll know what you'll see until the end.

And the mechanics themselves are just irrational. This game is light/shadow sight-based but nevertheless the guards will never notice the bombs you've just put in their way, even if they're staring to them. The AI is absolute simplistic and lacked of any intelligence. Guards will just follow their own route and maybe notice your detonations, but with 100% predictible moves.

Overall, I can't recommend this game because it's just extremely meh. I'm sure you'll find MANY better indies than this more worthy.

4/10

Its a cool little game with some fun, challenging puzzles. Fun achievements and it provides a little bit of challenge. Nothing ground-breaking, but its still fun.

A good combination of a stealth-game and bomberman. The difficulty is decent. The built-in achievments help to increase the difficulty for those seeking more challenges. The only downside is the lacking variety of enemies in the campaign. The map-editor and the possibility to play community-created games is a good addition to the 5-6 hour campaign. All in all a solid game.
The price is a bit high though. I recommend to wait for a Steam Sale to get this game for a lower price.

I was very happy with this game, much more than I anticipated. It's super short, you can easily blow through it in an afteroon. But the music is great the levels are fantastic, and it comes with a level editor to make your own & share! Super addicting, you'll be pleasantly surprised!
