Awesome game to kill time on. Huge variety of classes, skillsets, and paths to take. Highly costumizable characters and beautiful graphics. Can't believe they let us play with this game for free.

I played it a while back so I can't say how the population is these days, but it's solid enough and worth a shot if you're looking for something new to sink some time into.

Find a friend or two and enjoy for a weekend.

While it didn't affect my overall judgement, I feel I should point out that I've only ever seen about 10 people on at a time...

- At time of writing, I'm a level 15 medic and I'm going to stop due to lack of investment. After setting out an evil global spanning organisation, we're sitting in the desert dealing with bandits with what feels like no relation to the overall plot.
- The jetpack mechanics seem to increase latency issues as I only ever noticed lag while in the air.
- There's no range indicators so it's hard to tell if I can shoot something (word of advice: get the range enhancer skill)
- Team invites can show up mid battle and take up half the screen (I died a few times to people spamming invites)
- Some of the respawn timers are very short (there's a boss battle early on and the minions at the door will respawn and attack before an appropriate leveled player could take him down. Sometimes them spawning on top of them)

The territory stuff sounded interesting but nothing seems to be running when I queue and I'm not invested enough to stick it out til level 30.

Once at the pinnacle of MMO Shooters, now without updates and God knows how many players. Hi-Rez abandoned both this and Tribes: Ascend a long time ago for their crappy SMITE development which still fails to make it's mark in modern video games, such a shame.

game was great at the start but the majority of the players left, and well.. online games without players and proper development and patches ruin a game fast..

Q4 2014 review = this game is dead...

launch review would be AWESOME!!!, but unfortunatly it died out fast, like many other games nowadays

I havent pleyed the whole game, but i definetly will complete the main campaign at one point, its so much fun to use the jet pack, and it gives an amazing open world feeling to the player, its as if Destiny and World of Warcraft had a baby.

Who knew Robots can be THAT hostile?
Fortunately, this game gives you the guns, shields, and more gun to turn these soulless machines into scrap.
Unfortunately, some of the game's enemies turn this scrap into Robots, which makes these guys just as numerable as the amount of Blood that your character bleeds whenever those aformentioned Bots shoot, maim, and even explode in your FACE!

Great Game!!

It's fantastic for someone that wants an fps 'Real-Time' action mmo, in a futurisitc Sci-Fi setting, but -without- all the 'circus' theatrics you see so much of nowadays (flashing lights, girls dressed like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥s, ridiculous noises etc)

Only 'drawback' is actually related to the above, the game can be somewhat mellow so if you're looking for a massive adrenaline rush you might find this too 'quiet'.

I consider this a unique game that fits a unique role, there's absolutely nothing to not like about it other than it doesn't scream for your attention.

It's recommended to have a big viewing screen for this game, I played it on a wall (projector) 12 feet across 10 feet high - absolutely amazing (especially if you take the UI off), but played it on a monitor it's kinda hard to see.

Don't let anyone talk bad about this game it was a near perfect production, but it, you know, doesn't have young girls wearing underwear so the game kinda went under the radar.

Perfect for those who like real time fps action but want to mellow out during the evening/night.

(please note - I played this stand-alone not connected to steam, the '35 hours' is wrong I've played this for 100s of hours)

Personal Rating: "meh"
Platform: PC
Genre: Free-to-play Multiplayer Third Person Shooter/MMO

Once again the future of mankind is faced with bleak propositions when rival factions emerge from the devastation of a Third Great War. With a new and oppressive government forming from the ashes of past - gamers will get to create characters from different factions all fighting for power in this new political landscape. Sound exciting? Yes in theory and and on paper I am sure it sounded all rather brilliant but not so much when it comes to the actual games execution.

With its dystopian setting I was looking for some fast-paced frantic action to keep me glued to my monitor but the best adjectives I can use to describe Global Agenda is mediocre and boring. Global Agenda has some good ideas stuck amongst the more turgid ones - the ones every single MMO suffers with regardless of how they doll it up - the "fetch 15 of these and the kill me 5 of those" types of quests. In my earlier MMO days I was happily and stupidly comfortable to sit through crap like that but not anymore. It's an utter killjoy for me now.

Dispersed amongst the typical MMO tropes are some genuinely good ideas - such as the co-op and faction pairing quests that actually see you fight other players. After having committed roughly 8hrs to the game I just didn't see the point of continuing forward. Don't get me wrong its a very competently made game and I am sure it has its many fans out there but I am afraid I am just not one of them.

I really am not that crazy on free-to-play games at all and being constantly bombarded by the in-game shop recommending that you purchase this and upgrade that. No thank you! I would rather happily pay a small monthly fee and receive equal quality across the board for all players. The game will require a lot grinding away to get anywhere and quite frankly that is not my idea of fun at all if you decide not to go the purchase item route.

By all means give it a go - its just not something I see anyone sticking with for long periods of time unless they are a) Broke as a poor church mouse or b) Really dedicated or C) Have enough money than God and can afford to waste it on in-game stat booster and whatnot.

***I have given it the thumbs up, since its not something I wish to discourage players not to try out by giving it a thumbs down. I really wish Steam would give us an orange side-ways thumb for something that is average***
