Dragon nest? Woah! I used to play that game so much! What fun! What excellent gameplay and atmosphere, it's the only anime-styled game that has graphics that don't make me nauseous! I even had a max level character! Let's go try it again and see how it's changed!

Time after time again I find myself coming back to this little gem. Dragon Nest is an anime styled mmorpg in a fantasy world and it is one that does this well. I have billions of hours of this game off of steam as I used to play before I even knew steam exsisted.

The best thing by far in this game is the combat, it isnt just that basic "stand still and spam skills" combat. You do have to move your character and dodge attacks, leanr how to combo your passive and active skills, kite enemies so you can attack them all at once, etc. This mixed in with the fact that the combat is very fast paced makes the combat extremley fun, and since the combat is most of the game, this is fabulous. Next you have the dungeons, this game is based around dungeons and this is how you complete your quests. So it's not just some giant open world in which you run around and kill enemies in, it is sorted into dungeons which even have adjustable difficulty. Abyss being the hardest(which even contains as many bosses and your party contains) and Easy being the easiest.

There are a decent amount of classes and not to much character customization. However, to make up for this each class has two specializations(paths or secondary classes)to choose from, you even get to test out these specializations before you choose them, and the item shop. Now, I know you are probably whining saying something like "no, not the item shop" or "this game is going to be P2P isn't it?", but let me finish. There are ZERO pay walls in this game, the outfits DO NOT give you bonuses, and there is nothing in the game that advertises the cash shop(there is a popup in the start when you login to your character, but it advertises the dungeons and events). Plus, as you play the game, YOU GET FREE CASH STUFF. AS YOU PLAY. THERE IS NOTHING THAT REQUIRES YOU TO PAY FOR THIS GAME.

Overall this game is a nice MMO and it has alot of good features, all fo which I could list but then this list would be able to wrap around the earth...twice. It's not over done and it is what it is. If you enjoy mmos like this or just want to try it out then this is a game you definetley want to try.

A very fun and action oriented mmorpg. It does have grinding aspects too it but the combat is really fun and its easy to sell items in the market place. Its pretty easy to make partys so runs are faster but its manageable to play solo as well if needed to be. You kinda do need NX though, since the limited item slots they give u is frustrating since I always fill them up after questing :P. I totally recommened this game if u r looking for a f2p mmorpg :D

This game while not being the greatest is quite fun and the dungeons can offer some real challenge. The game is best played with friends so you can go dungeon diving together. It truly is a diamond in the rough and can be quite good fun if you just give it a chance it starts off pretty slow but ramps up fairly quickly. I highly recommend Dragon Nest to anyone looking for some good fun.

I love this game its very well balanced and the servers dont seem to have huge loads which is great for a no lag experience. Also I started during an event so that is just an added bonus so start now!!! My only issue with this game is that when you need to exit a dungeon you take a screen cap, but thats easily over lookable

Dragon Nest's combat system made me realize that i probably could never play another MMO that didnt have a similiar feel to it. You dont see a move go right through a monster or player and see a -MISS- icon. The only way to miss is to have bad aim.

Be prepared to devote your life to this game, and be willing to give up your soul.

Dragon Nest is a fast paced, hack-and-slash MMORPG. I enjoy the many classes and advancements in Dragon Nest, such as the Warrior, Cleric, or Assassin! Obviously there's more than those three. Dragon Nest is almost revolutionary due to having a different fighting style, not just point and click.

Overall: I'd give it a 7/10. There is so much to the game, but there can be more. Unfortunately the main developer of Terraria is stopping the updates on his side, but the other developers are going to continue to work on it!

Controls & Handling: 8/10. The controls are easy to learn, but it ranges from class to class. The Warrior is immensely faster than any other class due to unlocking the dash ability at level 10.

Graphics: 5/10. The graphics are subpar compared to other games such as Aion: Ascension or Guild Wars 2, but it gets the job done. The main point of Dragon Nest is definitely not graphics

Storyline: 8/10. The storyline is centered around your specific class saving the world, which is kind of stereotypical, but once you get into the game, it goes into the lore. Such as the aging difference of archers/elves or how the Cleric becomes high priest of an organization. Really tedious to start, but great to read through once you've gotten interested.
