Voice acting and story are terrible, and it is not bug free.
But it is a very fun game, lots of cars, good graphics.
I do recommend it!

This game is...this game...the mechanics of the driving and all are actually pretty enjoyable, and the graphics are pretty decent too. The UI and voice acting leave a little to be desired, but I can live with that. But the missions, the missions, the missions are just unredeemably awful. If this had just been a normal racing game, I would have liked it, but the attempt at open-worldiness is half-baked at best and doesn't improve the game whatsoever. The missions are so finnicky that it's very easy to instantly end up in a position where it becomes unbeatable, and with the complete lack of checkpoints this means you're going to be doing a lot of restarting, doing the same boring stuff over and over and over again. Staying at just the right distance from another car isn't fun, at least as implemented here. And after playing this game for an hour, I didn't get into a single race, which was what I was looking for in the first place. I feel like this game has the makings of a really great low-budget Burnout, but they instead went for some police angle that just doesn't work at all, either thematically or mechanically.

I must admit that when I watched the video and the screenshots and read a few reviews, I was convinced of this game. But personally, there are a few things that annoys me greatly. The first thing is how the game is not clear about certain things.

How do I unlock some cars, how do I start a specific mission. Sometimes you start with a vehicle of your choice, you have a bunch of points that you need to stop at which should normally trigger a mission or a challenge, but sometimes nothing happens when you stop on them. You have no objectives telling you on which points you need to stop. I drove for about 3 minutes until a dialog begins without actually knowing why and how.

The "Legend" in the map is ridiculously useless, like it does not tell you what the things actually are, it is just a legend about how to navigate through the map like page up and page down to zoom out and in, things like that. Sometimes you got a mission with a red flag, but you can not do it, and sometimes there is a mission with a red flag and you can actually do it. You complete a mission, you got no green check-mark or anything, unless you go in story tab or whatever which is now telling you that you finish this or that mission.

Now for the game-play, I do like how the vehicles handle well, the handbrake however is pretty weak, it feels like I am not actually using it. The normal brakes do a much better job for drifting corners than the handbrake which is pretty weird. The speed in this game is pretty great, mostly all vehicles are fast, I drove an armored vehicle and it was all right with the nitrous on of course. There is a large variety of vehicles too, they actually look like actual brand models but the logos are different. Now, the property damage is quite a joke. I do not know what this is for, I do not know why it is always on, even when you are not in missions. Sometimes I jump a ramp and land a bit hard on my wheels but at least I did not hit anything and I get property damage which is ridiculous. Mostly all missions in this game are too easy, even on hard difficulty. I think there was only 4 missions so far which were not really a piece of cake. Also, you can drive through a wall of bricks, a huge crane, a pole x6 time the height of your car, but unable to break down a fence with the thickness of a sheet of paper.

The soundtrack is pretty repetitive, but still great. However I can not say much for the voice acting. It sounds like those voices acting are made from my neighbors or something, this is not convincing at all. "Oh no! The bank just got robbed! Quick! After him or we will not have any money to buy our coffee!" Since when the police actually go to the bank to withdraw money to buy a coffee during duty anyway?

It is always day-time, no matter how many missions or challenges you do, no matter how long you have been driving. Also, it is a small detail but It is still great that we can activate the turn lights, the hazard lights and the head lights, but it is pretty useless. The traffic does not actually let you through, unless you got a police car and you use the lights or even the siren.

So anyway, I think this game was not made by an actually company, but some ordinary people like you and I who probably decided to make a game for fun and I respect that. I wish they can make a new one with a better story, voice acting, physic, and also a better understanding of the objectives.

I still recommend this game to those who simply like to drive around, chase criminals and do some arcade races and things like that, it feels like the old game called Midtown Madness (PC), mixed with World's Scariest Police Chases (PS1). Do not expect to be "wowed" and hoping that you can play for hours without actually getting bored.

Well.. It's a pretty good game, tho the voice acting is pretty horrible.
The cars look nice, and the graphics looks nice too.
