About This Game

Based on the award-winning mobile game of the same name, Obulis takes things to the next level by fusing highly compelling gameplay with outstanding graphics, music and state of the art physics effects.

The goal of Obulis is to drop all of the colored spheres into their like-colored pots. Spheres are connected to the playfield using chains and ropes and the player must cut these constraints to put the spheres and the level in motion by the forces of gravity and physical interaction. The controls are extremely simple and intuitive. Obulis can literally be learned in seconds, but the puzzles will keep you thinking for hours.

Obulis is a puzzle game that utilizes physics in order for you to solve the puzzles. You have multicolored balls that must reach a given pocket or hole. In order to do so you'll have to figure out the proper order and timing on when to release them from their dangling/swinging chain, or when you need to move them with the click of a mouse. I really liked this game, it was very simple to play, but at times very complex to solve. That's what I want to see out of any puzzle game, the difficulty being in the puzzle itself, not trying to figure out how to get the game to work for you. Simple graphics, forgettable music, but it all fits perfectly because of the fabulous gameplay and physics that this game offer. Highly recommended for any puzzle genre fan.

An excellent little puzzle game. While the backgrounds vary, and a few additional mechanics are added by the environment, the options at your disposal are very limited from beginning to end. However, Obulis takes its one trick and manages to deliver a challenging but rewarding experience. I found it relatively easy to work out how I was 'supposed to' complete a mission (or, often, a different way I strongly suspected would work), the difficulty comes in executing your plan correctly. Personally, I would have preferred the balance to have been set the other way round - make it harder to work out a solution, but then easier to deliver. Still, I really enjoyed it overall. As a guide to how much you should consider paying / waiting for it to come up in a sale, though, as always, YMMV, it took me a little over 10 hours to fully complete.

This game is awesome. I did some of the levels on my own but had to watch for a solution on the rest (I would have never solved them on my own otherwise). I like how there is more than 1 way to complete a level sometimes. For example there were 2 different ways to complete one level and I completed it in a 3rd way (mix of the other two). :D Not hard to 100% with the guides available. Recommend it to people that like puzzles and challenges.
