For a while, this was literally my favorite game (I'm sure you can tell by my playtime). I would do countless solo runs, then do games with my friends. This was really the only game with any sort of replay value to me. There is just so much content to get lost in, so many possibilities, so much of a skill cap, that Terraria never gets boring. Sure, some call it a 2D Minecraft clone, and it very well used to be, but it has grown into something so much greater. It offers all of the adventure and RPG elements that Minecraft lacks and the fast-paced gameplay, without tedious preparation. Of course, if you prefer the building playstyle, Terraria also suites you with endless opportunities for tinking with its many wiring mechanics. All in all, Terraria has come down the road of glory and become an experience that anyone can find enjoyable.

An absolutely stupid amount of content for the asking price. Dozens upon dozens of hours of fun, whether solo or with friends. A 96% positive review score (as of time of writing) at this cost should make you not even think for a second before bying this indie gem.

On a sidenote, if anyone still somehow thinks this game is a Minecraft ripoff, this game eats Minecraft for breakfast.
People used to say Terraria is 2D Minecraft; I say Minecraft is a mediocre 3D Terraria.

Im a big Terraria fan, I have it on my mobile device, and I have it on console, I recently bought the PC version to play 1.3, but terraria seems to open up off screen making it impossible to play the game, only sit there and listen to the title screen music, like that will help

Before you read, Terraria is NOT a copy of Minecraft.

In my opinion, Minecraft is a fun and really good game for building, but I stopped playing it of boredom a couple months after getting it. I did not play it every day. Now, Terraria is good for Building, Exploring, Fighting, Destroying, and is rewarding. Minecraft is very unforgiving; When you die you lose all your stuff and you usually can't get it back in time. In Terraria you can choose to only drop your money (It's easy to get it back.), you can choose to lose some of your items, or you can make your character die forever so you need to make a new one. I have been playing Terraria for +150 hours and I am still not bored of it the slightest bit. Also, if you still think it is a "Stupid Rip-off of Minecraft" I am fine with that, BUT notice Terraria has 14 bosses... in PC. Minecraft has 2. Terraria has +70 Swords And +50 Armor sets while Minecraft has less than 10 of both of those. I hope this review helped you chose wether to buy this game or not, And thank you for reading this far!

So, in my opinion,
Minecraft is the superior for building and has almost endless worlds horizontally.
Terraria is the superior for Fighting, Exploring, And looting. It is also very addictive and it is hard to pull yourself away from it.

Honestly, I get on Terraria for multiple hours a day and I get on it every day.

Also, The bosses are hard, especially during Expert or Hardmode, and they give you a sense of achievment when you beat them.

If your looking for a review on this game you've come to the wrong place, but if your looking for an outstanding pie recipe you've come to the right place.

Ingredients:
1. 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
2. 1/2 cup white sugar
3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
4. 1/4 cup water
5. 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
6. 1 pinch salt
7. 5 apples - peeled, cored and sliced
8. 1 pastry for double-crust pie

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2. Combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and set aside.
3. Roll out half the pastry to fit a 9-inch pie plate. Place bottom crust in pie plate; pour in apple slices.
4. Roll out top crust into a 10-inch circle. Cut into 8 (1-inch) wide strips with a sharp paring knife or pastry wheel. Weave the pastry strips, one at a time, into a lattice pattern. Fold the ends of the lattice strips under the edge of the bottom crust and crimp to seal.
5. Pour butter-sugar mixture over top of pie, coating the lattice, and allowing any remaining sauce to drizzle through the crust.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake until the crust is golden brown, the caramel on the top crust is set, and the apple filling is bubbling, 35 to 40 more minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
