As dictated by UK law, every piece of music on this soundtrack has automatic copyright protection.
This means you CANNOT:

I will not tolerate the sole upload of the soundtrack (either partial, or whole) to any audio or video sharing website. For example, simply sticking an image or muted video over the top of the soundtrack and uploading it to Youtube is NOT fair use. Fair use dictates the soundtrack can be used only for purposes of review and quotation. I will take action on videos falling foul of this simple and fair rule. A lot of man-hours and love has been put into producing this soundtrack, and I cannot sit back and watch someone undermine that hard work.
That said, "Let's Players" (That is, people uploading a video of themselves commentating whilst playing through a game) are free to have the soundtrack play in the background of their videos, provided they attribute properly in the video description.
ATTRIBUTION must include one of the following, and must be in an easily visible location (preferably clearly marked in the video's description):
