This Software Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between Infinine Games("IG") and you.
By downloading, purchasing, installing or playing this software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR INFINITE SURVIVAL
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
IG grants you the right to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
1. You can install this software and make backups on your personal devices.
2. You can stream this Software, even if you make money off your channel.
2. LICENSE CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
You are not entitled to do any of the following without the prior written consent of IG:
1. modify, translate, disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, sell or transfer reproductions of the software or rent, lease, or license the software to other parties; or
2. commercially exploit the software in whole or in part.
3. COPYRIGHT
The software is owned by IG and is protected by Republic of Korea copyright laws and international treaties.
You must treat the software like any other copyrighted material.
Your license confers no title or ownership in the software.
4. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
THE LICENSOR ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
