By downloading, installing, and/or playing this game, you agree to the following:
- a. You can install this game on as many of your own personal devices as you'd like.
[*}b. You can make as many personal backups as you’d like. - c. You can stream this game on YouTube or Twitch, even if you make money off of your channel.
- d. If you run a LAN gaming event or other similar public event, you can play or demo the game at that event, or make the game available to others at the location for the duration of the event.
- e. As a LAN host, you may host a tournament of this game with prizes of any kind, monetary or otherwise.
- f. You can share the game with your friends and family for the purpose of letting them try the game before they download and install it.
- g. You can mod the game however you like. However, your Mods must not contain any sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive imagery or libelous, defamatory, or other illegal material, material that is scandalous or invades the rights of privacy or publicity of any third party. We want to provide as healthy an environment for players and creators alike to play and enjoy.
- h. You may not rent, sell, lease, barter, sublicense or distribute Orbos, or any Mods made to the game. Orbos is a free product, and we want players to experience all it has to offer with no bar of entry to do so.
- i. You may not offer Orbos on a pay per play basis or otherwise commercially exploit Orbos or use Orbos for any commercial purpose except as described in this agreement.
