Terms, Conditions and License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, playing or using the game : Legions at war ("Application").
By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, playing or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
License
K2014200219 (pty) ltd T/A Digital Legion grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Restrictions and Rights
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, decrypt, emulate or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
b) You acknowledge and agree that all right, title and interest, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, intellectual property including without limitation algorithms, business processes, improvements, enhancements, modifications, documentation, derivative works, information and data collected belong exclusively to Digital Legion or its suppliers or licensors.
c)Digital Legion hereby grant you a perpetual license to use this application "Legions at War" and it's updates limited to all the conditions contained in this document.
d) Digital Legion hereby commit in offering free monthly access to all players to enjoy the game worldwide, with no restrictions or subscriptions for the standard version of the game after initial purchase for PC or MAC. Digital Legion however reserves the right to claim service fees from players who subscribe to extra services offered by Digital Legion.
e) You can incorporate into your products any of the following on a royalties free basis, such as, video stream feeds, restricted audio data(send request to check audio availability), relating by the use of the Application. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by Digital Legion.
Modifications to Application
K2014200219 (pty) ltd T/A Digital Legion reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Term and Termination
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from K2014200219 (pty) ltd T/A Digital Legion, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your mobile device, console, desktop, laptop or any device or equipment that can store its data.
K2014200219 (pty) ltd T/A Digital Legion may, in its sole discretion, make changes to this Agreement as the Application grows and features get added.
Severability or Amendments to this Agreement
a)The Agreement may also change when interpreted to comply under applicable law.
b) K2014200219 (pty) ltd T/A Digital Legion reserves the right, in its sole discretion to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is made we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
