DEATH FIELD License Agreement
Before installing "DEATH FIELD" on your computer, please read the following End User License Agreement (“License Agreement”) carefully and agree to the License Agreement.
This client software program, the software titled “DEATH FIELD” client (“Software”) may be installed or used if you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.
The installation process will proceed only if you accept this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the License Agreement or select Cancel, the installation process will be discontinued.
If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, please do not install or execute the software.

Software Name: “DEATH FIELD” client
By installing this software on your computer, you agree to be bound by the terms specified below.
Those terms are required by REDWHALE GAMES to grant you a limited license for personal use of the Software after installing the Software on one or more computers either owned by you or under your control.
Also, this License Agreement is for “DEATH FIELD” client software and different from the Terms of Service regarding the online game service. The terms of use for the online game service are provided on the official game website (www.thedeathfield.com).
1. Software License
(1) REDWHALE GAMES (and all partners who own rights to this Software) grants you a comprehensive use of the Software. This License Agreement is not construed as selling the Software and transferring any rights to you.
(2) You are not allowed to use, resell or redistribute the Software in any way unless otherwise specified in this License Agreement. Modifying, copying, selling, renting or distributing the Software in pursuit of profit is also prohibited without REDWHALE GAMES’s prior written consent.
(3) You may not use the Software to reproduce, translate, analyze, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer, including for the purpose of securing compatibility and backup. You are also forbidden to create derivative works based on the Software.
2. Modification and Renewal
(1) REDWHALE GAMES may provide the software for bug fix, update or change that must be installed in the Software for users to continuously play the game titled “DEATH FIELD”(“Game”).
(2) By Installing or upgrading the game, or using recovery file to play the game, you agree on the License Agreement to accept all changes made to the Software including bug fix and update.
(3) In pursuit of the latest update and improved stability of the game, “DEATH FIELD” provided via STEAM STORE (store.steampowered.com) as well as convenience for its users, we may automatically provide installation, upgrade or recovery file for categories selected by default or users. In case you do not wish for these options, you have a right to refuse. However, you may be restricted from some services that require upgrades and fixes.
(4) Other details are subject to the Software License under Section 1.
3. Purpose of Use
(1) This Software is provided free of charge for the sole purpose of using the online game service. If you use the Software in unauthorized ways, it is considered to be a violation of this License Agreement.
(2) The Software is offered in its present condition. We do not guarantee nor take any responsibility for the content, functionality, validity, accuracy, stability, non-infringement of third party rights, dissatisfaction and loss of the Software.
(3) Any use of the game and Software is entirely at your own risk. REDWHALE GAMES does not warrant that the Software will be operable in any conditions.
(4) REDWHALE GAMES shall not be responsible in any way for any damage or loss caused by the use of this Software except for cases caused by our intentional act or gross negligence.
(5) Regarding the Article 3.(4), in cases where REDWHALE GAMES is proven to have legal liability for that damages are caused by its own intentional act or gross negligence, only the actual and direct damages from the execution of the Software by the legitimate user will be compensated. In addition, REDWHALE GAMES is not responsible for any consequences of illicit use by third parties.
(6) When the Software is uninstalled, we are not responsible for the removal of any folders and files created by the Software under its installation path.
4. Termination
(1) You may terminate this License Agreement at any time by uninstalling or discarding the Software.
(2) REDWHALE GAMES may terminate the license of the user unilaterally without any compensation if the user violates the terms specified in this License Agreement. In such a case, you agree to discard all parts of the Software immediately including by-products, and to remove the Software.
(3) If this License Agreement ends for any reason, all rights granted in this License Agreement are immediately terminated.
5. Others
This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises over this License Agreement between REDWHALE GAMES and you, both parties may resolve the dispute in the court of competent jurisdiction

Easy Anti-Cheat License Agreement
Publisher is using EasyAntiCheat anti-cheat service (“EasyAntiCheat”), which is operated by a third-party service provider offering services to Publisher. EasyAntiCheat has a client software (“Client”) that is integrated into the Software Product. When you start a new Game session the Client will automatically load and install its latest version to the Unit. When you are using the Software Product on your Unit EasyAntiCheat is monitoring the Unit, analyzing the Game binaries and scanning the memory of the Unit for the purpose of detecting and preventing cheating in the Game (“Purpose”). For the Purpose EasyAntiCheat is storing information regarding cheating methods used in the Game (“Data”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using this Software Product, you give your consent that EasyAntiCheat may gather, store, share and publish Data for the sole purpose of the Purpose. The Data will be used solely for the Purpose including but not limited to identifying and banning players who are cheating in computer games, analyzing cheating behavior and cheating codes as well as sharing data about cheats with affiliates of EasyAntiCheat. You are entitled to use the Game (i.e. Software Product) only in accordance with these terms and conditions and privacy statement of EasyAntiCheat.
You will find more information about the privacy practices of EasyAntiCheat on the privacy statement of EasyAntiCheat at www.easyanticheat.net/privacy. If you deny EasyAntiCheat to process your personal data in accordance with the said privacy statement or request EasyAntiCheat to remove or delete your personal data, the Publisher, EasyAntiCheat or a third party (appointed by the Publisher or EasyAntiCheat) has a right to block your access to the Game and prevent your use of the Game.
