This Licence Agreement sets out the terms and conditions relating to the purchase and use by you of Driving Test Success Theory Test for Learner Drivers, Motorcyclists and Trainee Driving Instructors (the Software) and the Crown copyright material included in this package. Please do not use the software (and remove it from your computer) unless you accept these conditions.

1. By accepting this agreement you do not become the owner of the Software or the Crown copyright material, but you do have the right to use the Software and the Crown copyright material in accordance with this agreement.

2. The Software may be installed on one or more computers, for use by the original Steam account holder only.

3. Unauthorised copying, lending or resale under any scheme is strictly prohibited.

4. You agree to use your best efforts to take all reasonable steps to protect the Software and the Crown copyright material from unauthorised use, illegal reproduction or illicit distribution.

5. Focus Multimedia warrants that the Software will carry out the functions described on the product website. The Software has been designed for a wide variety of functions and uses and Focus Multimedia is not in a position to predetermine what you will try to do with it.

6. The sole liability of Focus Multimedia in respect of the software is as set out in paragraph 5, and neither Focus Multimedia nor Imagitech Limited (Imagitech) will be responsible for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages, such as, but not limited to, loss of profits or contracts suffered by the purchaser.

7. You agree that regardless of the form of any claim you may have, that Focus Multimedia’s liability for any damages to you or any other party shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the first purchaser of the Software.

8. This Licence Agreement is to be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales. Any terms or conditions of this Agreement found to be unenforceable will be deleted, but will not affect the remaining terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Important: To receive technical support and notification of any product upgrades, you must first complete and return the digital registration process.

Imagitech Ltd and Focus Multimedia Ltd do not offer any guarantee as to the correctness of the material contained in this software.

Imagitech Ltd and Focus Multimedia Ltd shall not be liable whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any use of this software, such as, but not limited to, the application of any advice taken from the software, or the imitation of behaviour shown in this software.
